Today I brought my daughter in to get a TB placement because she needed it before going to college. The young lady was nice and help at the counter like always. Usually when we go they are pretty pleasant but, unfortunately the MA that assisted my daughter was so condescending and rude. Her name was something like Sakeah. So this my daughter's first time getting this done and she wasn't aware that it was a regular shot. So I explained it to her prior to because I work in the medical field and I've placed these before. So as we go back Sakeah or whatever her name is called her back and didn't have her sit she had her standing. She proceeded to grab her arm, cleans it and grabs the needle. No instructions, no details on what she is doing or going to do. So I told her can you please explain to her what you are doing. She looked at me irritated and looked at her and asked, " You don't know what you getting?" Now this pissed me off. She isn't stupid. It's her job to make the patient aware of what is going on. So I explained that to her and she looked even more annoyed. So then she says, "oil, perfumes, lotions, fragrances" so my daughter asked, " Do I have that on now?" She says with an attitude, "What!? I'm explaining it to you because your MOM wanted me to EXXPLLAAIINN it to you." Now it took everything in me to not go off on this piece of work. I work in the medical field so I understand you can have bad days but you have no right to get rude with someone who didn't give you a hard time. If you don't like your job then Quit. No one asked you to do this job. Told the front desk and she said that she always gets complaints. Why do they have someone like that dealing with sick people or people in general? I wasn't expecting any acknowledgment that we were a couple. I was way more concerned about her health, she had a fever for 3 days, couldn't swallow anything and she was so miserable. The nurse was so sweet and attentive and felt the vibes. She even said a cute comment about wanting to find love like ours. It made me smile after being so stressed all weekend. The doctor was just as sweet and very patient. I just returned a couple months later (yesterday) and it turns out I have bronchitis. I was seen within 10 min of my appt. It was a different front desk lady, the nurse and doctor and they were just as sweet and attentive. I was in and out within 45 min. I will definitely return to this location.

That made me extremely uncomfortable but he said he wouldn't push the refusal through and to just come back ...so I did what he said and when I came back the girl at the front desk clearly didn't know he told me to come back and was getting a little rude because I tried to redo my drug screen but needed a new code I explained to her he hadn't pushed it through and I guess she caught an attitude so I asked the speak with the tech that helped me in the first place....he came out and said "I'm sorry I tried to everything in my power to not push it through but I had to refuse it, call your employer and have them send you another code." So because my urine didn't smell I was inconvenienced and by the grace of God my employer sent me another code for me to redo my screening (which they weren't obligated to do) but I have go back to this weird ass place and I'm annoyed because there's a high chance my urine wont have a smell again. When I was originally swabbed early on Saturday, they advised 24-48 hr turnaround for results. Two days later on Monday, the front desk explained it was late because their lab was closed for Memorial Day and wouldn't be providing results until Tuesday. This was frustrating as I took the test specifically for urgent travel and would have gone elsewhere had I known the usual 48 hr wait was now going to be 72 hrs. Later that same day, I received a text in the evening with results that had been published by a lab a couple hours earlier. Seems the lab was open! Communication here is poor. I normally prefer to support small businesses but after my experience at ExperCare I would recommend going to Walgreens or CVS for Covid testing to avoid frustration.
