UNHEARD OF. BRAVO. Very outstanding company. There was a hiccup in the factory but they got everything fixed in a timely manner. I really appreciated the day they came back it was raining so they brought in a ton of runners so they wouldn't track water or dirt into the house. They wiped everything down and vacuumed! The team that came out was so nice, the turn around was faster than expected. My fiancé and I are so happy with their work and love that it's increased the value of our home. Every time we walk into the house or are just relaxing, I admittedly will just scream out I LOVE OUR HOUSE! The new person came to my house measured my windows then came a 4-5 weeks later am installer came and I had to work so my dad was at my house when the shutters were installed and over hung my window sill by a lot they looked terrible. So I call to say they looked terrible and ask for something different. I asked the owner several times to come out so I can explain what I mean because the pictures were hard to see. He never came I had an appointment sch but I was supposed to snow so he cancele. He comes back with new frames which thankfully worked but didn't caulk any of the nail holes. I have had shutters before and I personally think he miss measured because the shutter part is longer that my whole window frame. I think the shutters themselves are cheap. Just do your research before purchasing because they cost a lot of money to be unhappy.
