This Y has it all in one place! Including friendly staff & members to greet and help you enjoy your visit. There is a nice lap pool that always has a lane open, even during classes. Lots of variety in pool classes from swimming lessons to some very active water aerobics. Lots of new equipment is being added to the already state of the art weight room. There is plenty of elliptical, rowing machines and treadmills. And a variety of group classes. And there is a place to toss hoops. The YMCA is very COVID minded and provides spray bottles and cloths to wipe down equipment before and after use. It is a great place to bring your family, work out and relax in a hot sauna. The treadmills and elliptical machines all have monitors on them so you can watch TV, Netflix, Hulu, anything you want. The daycare hours are the best part of this gym for me. Mon-Thurs the hours are 8-12 and 4-8 pm. Friday is 8-12 and 4-7:15 pm. Saturday is 8 - 11:35 and Sunday is 1-4:45 pm. The ladies that work in the daycare area are always so nice and my son loves going to play there while I work out. There is a very nice lap pool and they offer swim lessons for affordable prices. By the pool is a sauna but in the summer, the pool area feels like a sauna itself. They offer all sorts of classes throughout the day including spin, pilates, piloxing, strength train together and TRX. The instructors are really nice and knowledgable. I typically go to the gym between 9 and 11 and though it can be a bit crowded during that time, I never have had any problem getting on the equipment I have wanted.
