He is with St. Luke's in Boise idaho. I checked my electronic medical records to see the notes he wrote about two weeks after the appointment. There were so many false statements and out-right lies put in my record, I couldn't believe it!! He stated I had COVID Pneumonia and Lupus! I've never had EITHER!!! I don't know where he got that information. It also stated he gave me a physical exam.......we were sitting across the room from each other and he never came near me! This guy is incompetent. I wrote St. Luke's about him and gave him a bad review. He's the worst I've ever been to......stay clear of him!

Then today's contact was through My Chart, and when I told him of my displeasure with this, he informed me that I was welcome to get another Dr that could fulfill my needs. I would highly recommend that no one should use this Dr or this facility for an internal medicine dr.

And we are so glad we did. Even though it took four months to see him it was well worth the wait. He was so professional, kind, sincere and respectful. He is also a US Navy Veteran as I am and that was another plus. Dr Moore was very patient and a great listener. He went over my health history and asked a lot of questions about my previous health issues and care. He was very thorough and offered some great advice. He never rushed our meeting, even though the office closed at 5 PM and we were fifteen -twenty minutes past that time. What a great first impression. He really made us feel comfortable. His assistant Niki and Ed at the Front Desk were also so kind and welcoming. Great Team. We are so glad we found Dr Moore and if you are lucky enough to get in to see him, you will be too.

He does not care about the patients and runs it like a shoddy 3rd rate money grab. He has zero skills in endocrinology and pushes it all off to assistants, he doesn't even stay in the room during your visit. Run away from this practice.

Ok, where do I begin?! Back in high school I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I learned then that…read moremost doctors don't believe in things they don't understand; and they would rather insist "everything is OK" than take the time to figure out the mystery. So you can imagine my surprise when I met Dr. Vance. I went in for a small problem, and then quickly realized that he could solve the issues that I had grown so accustomed to I didn't even think they could be changed. That's right! I had given up on experiencing any kind of change with things like: energy level, moods, sleeplessness, immune system. Right away, Dr. Vance suggested we try tackling some of the bigger problems. I was skeptical, but had nothing to lose--so I said, "Sure, why not!" -Months later, I've got my energy back. -I don't get sick all the time--and if I do catch a bug, it's NBD. -I'm sleeping!! And waking up ready for the day! -I'm in control of my moods, instead of the other way around! ;) Dr. Vance uses a myriad of techniques to address symptoms. He uses lab reports as a starting point, but is more concerned about how the patient FEELS and FUNCTIONS than the numbers on a chart. Dr. Vance has educated me throughout the process, so I know exactly what's going on and why, and I know how to adjust protocols to fix any new problems. WHAT?! Dr. Vance explains information simply, without pretending he's the only one in the room smart enough to understand it! I was crying and walked out and the guy asks if I need help and boyfriend stole my phone and doctor called my dad cuz only number I knew as he proceeded to ignore anything I had to say I hadn't ate or drank anything I had chills and could barely walk and alls I wanted was help to get home to my baby's and he proceeded to talk crap about me with my dad on phone and saying I seemed like I was on drugs and saying that I'm lieing about going in and having issues and just not actually helping me so this play is horrible and I don't recommended ever going here. not very nice people when it comes down to it.
