But then they didn't bill my insurance despite getting my insurance card. Instead sent me a bill for $1,000. I called, they told me I didn't have insurance. When I explained the girl took a scan of my card, she then said they had my card and it just must not have been billed. No problem, mistakes happen. Then my Dr calls me a week later to tell me he got some results, but he only got 1 lab result out of the 17 that were ordered. Again, maybe a mishap. I can overlook that. My problem is when I called to find out why my Dr wasn't getting all of the results, I got attitude from the woman on the line. That's where I have the problem and hence the stars in my review. I did nothing wrong. Nor did my doctor. But to give me attitude because I'm asking where the results are (that you incorrectly billed me $1000 for) is ridiculous. Please enlighten me on what I did wrong to deserve attitude. Don't worry, I'll wait.

This location is a trifle out of the way, but the staff and service make up for that minor inconvenience. I was checked in efficiently by friendly front office folks, and did not have to wait past my scheduled appointment time to be ushered to an exam room. My new doctor took her time going over my information and history, never rushing me or treating me as an annoyance, and by the time I left we had outlined a plan and settled on referrals to follow up on my needs. As an adult, I did not want a family practice doctor as my PCP, by choosing an internist I am not forced to sit in a waiting room full of sick kids or littered with toys and such. This is a plus if you are like me.

He then belittled all the patients she had supported, had zero bedside manner, won't listen to patients well being and is arrogant. He does not care about the patients and runs it like a shoddy 3rd rate money grab. He has zero skills in endocrinology and pushes it all off to assistants, he doesn't even stay in the room during your visit. Run away from this practice.

Ok, where do I begin?! Back in high school I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I went in for a small problem, and then quickly realized that he could solve the issues that I had grown so accustomed to I didn't even think they could be changed. That's right! I had given up on experiencing any kind of change with things like: energy level, moods, sleeplessness, immune system. Right away, Dr. Vance suggested we try tackling some of the bigger problems. Then today's contact was through My Chart, and when I told him of my displeasure with this, he informed me that I was welcome to get another Dr that could fulfill my needs. I would highly recommend that no one should use this Dr or this facility for an internal medicine dr.

And we are so glad we did. Even though it took four months to see him it was well worth the wait. He was so professional, kind, sincere and respectful. He is also a US Navy Veteran as I am and that was another plus. Dr Moore was very patient and a great listener. He went over my health history and asked a lot of questions about my previous health issues and care. He was very thorough and offered some great advice. He never rushed our meeting, even though the office closed at 5 PM and we were fifteen -twenty minutes past that time. What a great first impression. He really made us feel comfortable. His assistant Niki and Ed at the Front Desk were also so kind and welcoming. Great Team. We are so glad we found Dr Moore and if you are lucky enough to get in to see him, you will be too.
