I'm very disappointed with the care I received. The provider documented a full head-to-toe physical…read moreexam in my chart, but no such assessment was performed during my visit -- they didn't even bring a stethoscope into the room. I later saw that my insurance was billed for services that didn't occur. This happened twice, a few days apart. Again, no physical assessment of any kind. I urge anyone who's been treated here to carefully review their medical records and billing statements. If others have had similar experiences, I'd be interested in connecting.
