I wasn't getting horrible care, but I never felt listened to, or like my doc was willing to work *with* me when something felt off. If the numbers were "normal," then my concerns must not be valid. Dr. Ennis (and his partner, Jamie Ruiz, who specializes in female hormone replacement therapy) is fantastic, and exactly the kind of practitioner I had been hoping for. He really listens, asks questions about symptoms I had never been asked before, and wants to treat how I'm feeling, not just the numbers on the page. And, in maybe the biggest shock of all, he's always on time for appointments! I've been a patient at this practice for several years now, with no plans to leave. I'm thrilled with my care and recommend Ennis Endocrinology to everyone I know who needs an endo.

Be sure to look at it before considering going to her and getting bamboozled into a "membership," little to no care, and long appointments (which you pay her for by the hour) bogged down by her complaining about her personal life. I wonder how many people will need to complain about this before she switches up her form of "care."

I have several points…read more 1) she complained and talked to me about other patients. 2) she's super late and comments how busy she is all the time. 3) she's a distributor for a vitamin. She gets a kickback when you get them. 4) she gave me the wrong medicine and for the wrong amount of time. I ended up in urgent care. 5) she promised me a treatment choice before I signed up. Then after I paid, she said she couldn't do it. 6) she loves to argue. She has a huge ego and is kind of a bully. 7) she over medicated me on thyroid meds and I went hyper thyroid. And argued with me when I tried to cut back So I dropped her and had to argue to get some of my money back. I went to primary health clinic and I got super doctor.

However, after a couple months of my membership, I went to refill my medications and found I could not get a hold of the Dr. for weeks. After that, I decided to cancel my membership via office phone, her personal cell phone, email (every email address; I even tried to contact by the consultation/sign-up on their website.) She proceeded to charge me every month for the next 3 months, until I finally had to dispute the charges through my bank and change my bank card. Ok Dr. with what she does, and I really would not like to say this, but she is extremly flighty, flaky, and forgetful in general; She randomly charged me $50 "on accident" when I first signed up. She also told me exactly how much it would cost at the end of my session, then charged me 3x the amount an hour later after leaving. Keep in mind, part of my membership is being able to contact her at any time "24/7." Also keep in mind, she doesn't mention she charges $300 per hour but talks non-stop about her personal life. Spent about 20 minutes on what I was paying her to do and she had me there for almost 3 hours. I never leave reviews, but I am hoping people read these and take them as a good warning; I see others having the same issues and more. I wish I would have actually listened to these and google reviews prior to all of this.

Ordered tests and stated I would get a call in about 2 weeks. Was not offered a follow up appointment or further instructions. It's been almost a month and never received a call. Can't really rate doctor's competence when you can't reach her and no one follows up. The practice doesn't seem to care if patients are informed or satisfied. Doctor should have higher expectations for staff as these issues have been mentioned in prior reviews. Will call and see if anyone bothers to answer phone or help.

He does not care about the patients and runs it like a shoddy 3rd rate money grab.
