I honestly liked the doctor. However, they NEVER call you about your lab results. I'm pregnant and need to know right away if I need to up my medicine. I'm on week 3 without hearing anything and had to call multiple times to try and get a nurse to call me back. staff is horrible read more

Saw Dr. Foote. Very long wait for appointment. Office staff doesn't answer phone and takes days to return messages, if ever. Doctor was a somewhat condescending. Ordered tests and stated I would get a call in about 2 weeks. Was not offered a follow up appointment or further instructions. It's been almost a month and never received a call. Can't really rate doctor's competence when you can't reach her and no one follows up. The practice doesn't seem to care if patients are informed or satisfied. Doctor should have higher expectations for staff as these issues have been mentioned in prior reviews. Will call and see if anyone bothers to answer phone or help. read more

I have low blood sugars and when my sugar drops too low I have siezures. I've seen 6 different doctors now, about a month ago I was seen in this office. First appt went fine. We went over my medical journals and did blood work. We didn't really get anywhere other them cut back on carbs a bit more. Maybe 2 weeks later I get a call from the MA saying I needed a CT and more blood work to look for an insomnia. It was so difficult to just get my blood work done as I love in Middleton, have no licence and depend on ppl for rides and they have jobs as well. I tried to transfer blood work to caldwell because I haven't gone longer then 1 hr without eating in months, and my blood work was fasting... playing phone tag for a week I got nowhere so I got my dad to take time off work to take me to the house office for blood work. Since cutting out carbs I've had an increase in siezures and ER visits. It took iver a week for them to schedual a CT, and at that point I had already had a CT done at the ER 2 days after they said they would schedule one. Then it took them days to get those results. I called and got an earlier appt (2 weeks before my next scheduled appt) I went into the office and they had all my results and came into the room and said they don't see anything, no tumer no nothing that will cause my sugar levels to drop low even after eating... to me if feels like they are frustrated with me and their simple tests just arnt cutting it. My blood work goes up and down, she just read off the report instead of actually looking at the scans herself. It also felt like she was winging it to see me. I was given no answers at my appt and was told not to schedual another appt at this time. She stated she has no idea what to do next and she will talk with the doctor over the weekend (ya right) and they will get back to me within a week or so with an idea of what to do. When I spoke with my gastro specialist they are 100% sure there is something going on with my pancreas (pain, low sugars), but as a gastro she cannot do much in that area. She said I'm seeing the correct ppl with Endo as they specialize in the pancreas. I'm hoping I will get answers and I can change this review but at this moment all I feel is sadness, anger and frustration. read more

Tried being a new patient here and they were requesting records from previous Endocrinology Doctors. I have over a year at one office and 20 mins at another and they demanded the paperwork from the 20 min visit at an office that didn't work for me. I told them that they would not be getting that information and they basically said they didn't want me as a patient then. ?!?!?! What the heck? Guess, I will not be going there or recommending them. In fact, I will tell everyone I know not to go there. read more

Tiffany was really nice but I would not recommend her office to anyone. She gave me 2 insulin samples after I expressed my concern about price. It takes a while for a body to adjust to new insulin so it's been stressful. When trying to fill the prescription after the samples ran out, the price was way too high and her only advice was to try to find a discount card which my insurance won't accept. I called into the office to discuss other options and say that I can't afford the high prices and wasn't even sure I could continue visiting their office due to paying $200 for each visit. At this point, Beth from their office got real short with me so I said never mind and hung up. Since then, they won't submit a prior authorization form to my insurance so my medication keeps getting declined and I've left 5 voicemails over the last 2 weeks pleading for help and no one will even call me back. I am very involved with the diabetic community locally and with JDRF and will urge everyone possible to look elsewhere for an endocrinologist based on this being the most unprofessional experience I've had with my almost 30 years with T1D. read more

I had a horrible experience with the office staff and with the NP. I have Thyroid Cancer and you would think that I would at least be able to meet and see the real Docter. But I have had two appt. and not even seen her yet. My first problem is that I set up an appt. 2 months in advance and 3 weeks before my appt. they wanted to reschedule me to the day before at 4. I agreed. Come the day of the appt. I was running a little late, so I called the office to let them know i was running a bit behind and that I would be 5-10 min. late. I didn't think that would be a problem because I usually wait at least 10 min. anyway. When I called the receptionist was very rude. I have never been talked to in such a rude manner. She said, "We are completely booked behind you and I don't think we can squeeze you in. I will talk to her and see.....I can't guarantee you will be seen today." I was like wait a min usually I have to wait 10 min anyway and go ahead a let someone else go ahead of me....whats the big deal????? I get there and I am 10 late. I walk up to the receptionist and she very rudely states that she will not check me in because she doesn't know if I will be seen. and shuts her window. I sit in a EMPTY waiting room for 5 min. Then she opens her window and says, " you go ahead and fill out this paper, just in case she lets you back." in a very rude manner. shuts the window again. I wait 5 more min and still NOT ONE patient enters the lobby. Two patents leave the lobby because they have already been seen but NO ONE comes. I waited 10 min in the lobby when finally she opens the window and says, I guess she is going to see you. I go back and its not my Dr. it is the NP again. I wrote on the paper that i was not feeling normal yet and I still am having symptoms of Hypo thyroid. Many symptoms. She came in and the first thing she said in a very unprofessional manner, your lucky I have a few extra min to see you. (what the hell I had a appt. and was only 10 min late. which I would have waited anyway. what happened to my given time?) I was completely shocked by her rude demeanor that I immediately felt like garbage that I didn't mater and was inconveniencing her. She did not give me the time of day to explain how I felt or offer words of encouragement or listen. She was RUDE! she read my symptoms on the paper that i wrote down and said, " I don't know why your having these symptoms but your thyroid is normal, it has nothing to do with your thyroid. but I am going to up your dose anyway because its not measuring where I like it to be. then proceeded to say again "your so lucky I had a few min to see you. Then she said you could have post anesthesia......from your surgery and that could take months to feel normal again. When I had my surgery it took 8 months" again this is all in a very demeaning voice. Then again she walked over to the door and said, "your lucky the patience before was early so I could fit you in."I just want to stress that I didn't even talk to her how I felt, and she didn't care. I was in there for a total of 3 min. I left crying feeling very discouraged and no hope of feeling better.....and NO patient should EVER feel this way. Especially a patient with my condition. I will not see her again and I will spam all of my social media about this office! Another thing is I came home and immediately looked up the office to call and complain and I noticed that the office closed at 4. Why would they reschedule me at closing? The whole thing about being booked after me was a lie, when I left no one was there waiting in the lobby just like no one was there when I got there. I also noticed that all the patient doors were open. That was a lie! read more
