Last year I went to Novacare to deal with a torn meniscus, the women up front was very helpful and…read moreshe is the reason that I didn't give one star. The rehab techniques were average but I understood the reasoning. Now the reason why I'm completely turned off is on my last treatment I didn't receive any assistance from any of the care providers, I did my normal routine no different then if I went next door to planet fitness and did a workout. no new methods were shown so I decided to suspend anymore treatments as no one was helpful to me anymore. I went to the front and I payed the final payment of what they figured to be 279.97 on December 19th 2024. now I payed my copay every time I went to therapy as well. Now it brings me to August where all of a sudden they send me a bill for 66.11 saying it was an outstanding balance and they want to blame what the insurance didn't cover. so it takes them 8 months with no contact and then they all of a sudden go money hunting. What you pay to what you receive is incredibly unbalanced. I don't care about the money it's the point to on my final day I said give me my final payment cause I'm done here. Now if they sent me a bill in Feb/March maybe I would of understood 60-90 days after billing cycles but we are talking 200+ days then they send something, I talked with there billing department they were little to no help and they pretty much said it's on you. I'll pay this bill because like I said it's not about the money, but I would warn everyone away from the rehab facility because there billing practices are awful...
