It was a Sunday & this-guy went above & beyond to help me. So honest & reliable. He took my phone # and kept in touch with me through the day ... He had some. things to do but promised to come back to look at my car As I spent the afternoon with family, I left my keys with the hotel valet ... Steve came to the parking lot where I was able to leave my car & worked on it right there ( I ended up getting a room for the night - as I wasn't sure my car be fixed by days end. ) Steve bought the parts & fixed my car with his helper Zach. Luckily it was just the Intake sensor ( & air filter) & less than 3 hours later & $400 my car was running like a charm. Andrew from BJ's came the same day as promised. The tow to the dealership was free with our membership card from AAA. It was a great value. Andrew the tow driver was very helpful and kind. He drove the car onto the flat bed secured it and asked for the name of our service representative at the dealership. Then he left. This was a very good service.
