At first I was peeved cuz they knew we were coming. Turned out the wait was because they had sent a man to Janesville to pick up a special mattress for him as he had a sore on his backside. Janesville was the nearest place to get what was needed for his comfort. Also that first night I found myself surrounded by caring people who understood what we were going thru. Most of those people are still there. The director who was there at the time has now been replaced by Glen. I have to be honest and say that he and I had a few troubles in the beginning, but it was more a lack of communication than anything else. Most recently Glen is responsible for providing my husband with a special wheelchair that keeps his feet up. This was done because my husband does not willing bend his knees. I couldn't be more grateful. Every 6 mos or so I attend a 'care meeting' with his head nurse, and social worker to make sure I am happy with the care he is getting. I feel safe in saying he is getting the best care available outside of private pay, which would be impossible for us. LuAnne R.

During our work on this project, serious concerns arose regarding contract administration and compliance with federal procurement regulations. Specifically, as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Daryl DeKeyser did not allow our company to submit change orders for additional work that fell outside the original scope. Instead, we were directed to proceed while necessary materials were purchased using a government-issued credit card. This resulted in our company being required to perform additional labor without proper compensation through the contractual process. These actions raise significant concerns about adherence to federal contracting requirements, transparency, and proper use of government funds. For the sake of accountability and to protect both contractors and taxpayer dollars, this matter deserves formal review by the Office of Inspector General. I encourage the appropriate authorities to investigate these practices thoroughly.

I always enjoy going there. Their parking garage has charging spots, which makes it super convenient for people with electric vehicles, like I have.

You will not find a healthcare provider who takes you more seriously, tries every option until you find a solution or, honestly, is just fun to talk to! She's professional, super sweet and truly loves her job. We've had lots of trial and error but she never gives up. It gives patients something to look forward to because she assures you that there are always more options. The MAs are really lovely too and have a great sense of humor. It's a truly beautiful facility too, Kind checkout staff, decent billing experiences. Only recommendation is to get on the cancelation list because they are an in-demand clinic. The wait can be 6 months but if you're determined in calling or answering cancelation notices, I've gotten appointments moved up by 4-5 months. They're never openly annoyed with my calls!

I have never felt more comfortable in a rehabilitation facility in my life, you are in amazing hands here at encompass. I don't leave a lot of reviews but I couldn't let it go unsaid that I think everyone should aim to get placed into encompass for any type of rehabilitation. Everyone from the custodians to the big wigs have been extremely motivating and positive and you can tell they genuinely care about you and want to see you recover. Oh and the food is actually really good most of the other reviews I have seen about encompass have been about how bad the food is and they are not true at all!!!

The whole staff is very nice, in fact, and the place is almost kind of cozy - sounds weird for a gyn office, but so it is. I'll spare the gory details, but I first came to her in tears of fear, due mostly to what ultimately was the incompetence of another provider, and she made me feel very quickly that she would figure out what was going on and that she would know what to do about it. I've sent friends to her with their own problems that were overlooked by other doctors and we all say the same thing: why can't they all be like her?! When I think about what I went through before I got to her, and how many women are going through the same things without a proper diagnosis by an attentive, competent provider, well, I wish every woman had a doctor like her. (She certainly was the first gynecologist to tell me that a pap/pelvic need not be uncomfortable - what?! - and that doctors routinely use a speculum that's too big.) I probably couldn't say enough good things about her. I just feel grateful I got to her and want other women to know about her.

Was taken back but the staff definitely wanted to head out as a thunderstorm was on its way and they were closing early. So we are already on a get out the door kind of appointment. We start my appointment and the exam room looks like a used car lot but for nerve stimulators. Well can you guess what they want to "sell" every patient...... yep that's right, they are pushing stimulators like they use to push opioids. YIKES! This is exactly why I left the last pain clinic. Well now the Dr and I are talking and they are not prepared for me, they don't have all of my medical history but are working on getting it. (They called me and scheduled this appointment, if they didn't have my info they should have rescheduled) This man didn't have my prior info, didn't do an exam, and wanted to tell me a medical condition I've had for over 10ths I probably don't have (wtf) and that a stim is probably my best option but he can see I have ptsd around them so I should just see behavioral health & PT and it's really all in n my head. I was aghast. My husband doesn't think I should go back but tbh I am here for medical care and I will attempt another appointment or 2 to see if things get better.
