Here are the many benefits to Life Church: First and foremost every aspect of the service is about God and learning through his word. There is no hooplah i.e. Benny Hinn. The sermon is virtual. The lead pastor is video taped and his sermon is broadcast all over the world and during life church services. You can access his sermon anywhere and at anytime from the Life Church App. Pastor Craig's sermons are always thoughtfully delivered with passion. He is one of the best I have ever heard and witnessed. He also preaches based on a theme or series which is intended to relate to our current world. The music at this church is absolutely amazing. Every week feels like a live concert. I am a musician and I am always impressed by the passion and musicality. The sound system, TV screens and lighting is also state of the art. Some serious $ was invested. On the life church app you can stay in touch with Life Church, provide your offerings, read the bible and connect with small groups of which there are many and are located all over the capital region. I should also mention the people that volunteer on Sunday are awesome as well. They always offer a smile or a wave. Parking attendants, ushers, hospitality (they provide coffee, snacks, juice) work very hard and everything runs seamlessly. It was a great opportunity to expose my children to this type of architecture, and explore the stations of the cross, talk about relics, and see their natural wonder at every major work of art-including the MANY stained glass windows! The Sermon was spectacular, the people amazing, the spirit invigorating but your church music will ruin many children and grandchildren and Young people's hearing and you will be held responsible. Surely you can make one small and important change for your congregation and tell them why you have lowered the volume for your audience. I'm sure they will understand. You have everything else. You can feel God's presence here. The people are extremely friendly and help you grow as a person, the music is okay (I prefer more classical hymns, though their worship band is good), and they have multiple times for service in case you are a morning person or a late person. They also have lots of additional activities to help you grow spiritually and interact with others, such as evening Bible studies, teen and youth groups, church dinners, quilting clubs, day-time groups, etc. If you want a nice church, come here. If you want to improve your relationship with God and others, come here. If you are lost and don't know what you want, come here.
