I have been waiting for my provider to send…read moreover my inhaler for four days I called the office on Friday morning to have someone call me back do to all my symptoms I was having never received a call and it looks like no one report it to the nurse no documentation was done in my chart the girl that took my info did not ask what was my symptoms or how long I was sick for all she said was ok I will let them know and hung up. I called back Monday because I still did not received a call back nor any medication was sent over I had to go to the urgent care to be seen. I have many years of experience working in the medical field and what they did is completely unacceptable leaving an asthmatic person without an inhaler.

My Dr. Aditi Mukherji is fabulous she's the best I have ever had the pleasure of treating me! I can recommend her again and again. She friendly polite and treats you with a gentle kindness that makes you feel better if you were sick! Any procedures blood work or medicine I needed she checks to be certain the insurance will cover it before making an order for it! That way I'm not in unnecessary debt! I haven't met such a fabulous Doctor before. Today I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Dmitry Albin (emergency appt) he was attentive and took the time to check if the insurance would cover my prescriptions. I will say after 20 minutes he really wanted our appointment to end. I asked if he would flush my clogged ear he said no buy OTC medication and try it at home because that procedure takes 1/2 an hour (I know it only takes 5 minutes) or choice #2 I can call and make another appointment to have it done (my copay would be another 20.00) all in all, it was still a good visit, plus I lost 2 lbs! Dr. Fumo is brilliant. I have to go to here three times every two weeks. My only gripe with this hospital is that they let employees park in the visitor lot because the employee lot is a long walk. By 10am the visitor lot is usually full and parking is impossible because there are no alternatives. I end up driving on the grass and parking there. I don't understand why they don't enforce this undesirable situation.

They checked to see my temp and if I had a mask on then sent me into the dr. Office. Where I was then told that they are not doing in person visits. waste of my time driving all the way there. Whatever I did to it, it required medical attention and rather than clog the emergency department over my stupidity, I went here to the Mid State Mediquick Location. This place is fast, friendly and the staff from the physician assistants, nurses and medical assistants are very knowledgeable. After ruling out a fracture, they quickly wrapped my foot, gave me a walking boot of some sort that I probably wont wear, gave me a prescription for some pain meds and sent me on my merry way albeit hobbling along with crutches. Excellent location, I think I had to wait all of 5 minutes and everyone was so nice. Smarter choice than going and sitting in the emergency department and surely smarter than what I did to injure myself.

I couldn't figure…read moreout why it felt like I was being stabbed in the ear so I made a trip over here to have it checked out. The wait was a little long; not terribly so. I was in a private room and started getting a little teary-eyed on my own when the pain got worse and the nurse noticed when she came to check on me. The doctor booked into the room a very short time later and quickly diagnosed me as having conjunctivitis in both eyes and an ear infection in both ears. The doctor was very sweet and asked if I was under a lot of stress since that type of thing doesn't typically happen all together, and she made a lot of excellent recommendations for avoiding cold liquids and sticking strictly with warm or room temperature drinks until I healed up. I have had a couple of ear infections since then and haven't had another doctor take time to mention that helpful tip since then. I'm not sure if the same staff is still there, but I greatly appreciated their concern and the time they took to make sure I had all of the info I needed to get better as quickly as possible.
