Instead I am stuck paying basically $400 for a routine pediatric eye exam, when I guess if I had just gone somewhere like Walmart instead of This clinic that my doctor recommended, I would have only had a bill for a $10 copay. If you are a company that prides yourself with the sole purpose of eye care you should really consider accepting Vision insurance from more than one company! But must they be provided with total callousness. The waits in between eye drops were at least 2 x what we experienced at the Mpls. Veterans Eye Clinic. We started at 1:00 p.m. and at 4:00 p.m. were finished. One set of eye drops had to be repeated because they had worn off before the following set of evaluations were completed. My partner has had Avastin eye injections before. This one was administered at about 3:45 p.m. He said it was the most painful he has every experienced. When he said that the eye clamp was hurting they blamed him. No empathy. None. No consideration for the fact that Parkinson's Disease affects his ability to open and shut eyes independently. Not even an acknowledgement. I could overhear at least two patients asking about the wait. One set of elderly women suggested that if they come back that they bring their lunch. So, we waited three hours, as Charles got stiff in a wheelchair. We were told come early next time as patients pile up. Where is the clinic manager to manage patient flow. Got a Zoom meeting with someone clearly not from MN and clearly hasn't had LASIK. It looked like her office might being shipped out of town. Stuff in cardboard paper wrapping on the floor. She had glasses on and referred to A-dee-na and Minne-an-apolis. Also, the A-dee-na location that I booked online was closed. She was able to pronounce Oakdale and switched me to this location. Not confidence inspiring. Told me that only five percent of people have problems. You are telling me I have a one in twenty chance of this being complicated from Ohio? That ain't how we do it in Minnesota! I called them to cancel the next pre-surgery appointment but nobody answered. Imagine that. Oh, yeah. They wanted 38 hundred after the 1K discount. Our consultation was educational, nothing in comparison to another clinic 20 years ago when I was instructed to look through a magazine to find my future breast size. With Dr Rocheford you'll leave the clinic with an estimate of what size you'd like to be by trying on different sizes under your shirt. You go, home think it over, get your H&P and by the time the Nurse calls to get you ready for surgery you share your final input. Its all in a nice little pamphlet incase you forget. Dr. Rocheford and her team are prompt and there for you at any moment! We had a medication issue, our pharmacies fault. The team took care of it, no problem, no worries! In every way my daughter felt comfortable and confident in her decision to get breast augmentation. Not only that, the team made her feel like a lady. And when I say team, I mean everyone form the front desk to the discharge nurse. They never forgot our names or details regarding my daughter. Booked a consultation and felt very uncomfortable and left with a ton of questions that were not clarified. I booked a surgery date of June 10th with the caveat that I would need to quit smoking 4 weeks before surgery. Anyone who has had to do this knows it's difficult. I reached out a little over a month before surgery and asked about the timelines because I was getting nervous about quitting and had just picked up my meds to quite. The response I received is attached to the review. Never once did I mention not having the surgery but they immediately went to how I was now having to pay $4000 to book. Disgusting, fraudulent and unprofessional to say the least. Nobody in their right mind would allow someone to perform surgery on their face after being treated like this. Be aware. It's clear they don't care about their patients. I also did some digging and their results are photoshopped. Stay aware .
