More selection and specialty items than you are likely to find than the big box stores. The staff is usually friendly and helpful and the prices are good, but not usually clearance priced as some expect from an outlet mall.

There are 3 parts to this store and you owe it to yourself to experience them all! I started in the style area, which is the clothing part of the store. This is an upscale women's apparel store, with habitat, Liverpool, Johnny Was, and many other upscale brands. All of it is beautifully curated and displayed. You will have fun browsing the racks. The sales associates were super helpful and knew exactly how to interact with people--making customers feel welcome, but not pressured to buy. Downstairs, there is an amazing sales area. There was a cozy area dedicated to books which I can quite enjoy staying in for a while, and the one staff member I've met there is really nice. However, considering its size, it can't keep me entertained for a while. I can only wander around for so long and I'm personally not too interested in a lot of the stuff there aside from the small area of books.
