I called to check what they had and Stevie helped me over the phone, going through all my options and what they had in stock. She had what I needed! So we headed over and made the purchase. I got a bed frame, the metal frame, and box spring for $350! Great price! She was great! The process was quick and she went above and beyond helping us. 5 star service! And Aaron at the store was so nice to help us tie down the box spring to the car. We made it home just fine and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back! Their FB ads for Black Friday deals got me in the door. I've always had wonderful customer service here. A friendly smile greeting when I walk in, help when needed or asked for. They don't hover if I'm just browsing. Today I was greeted and helped by the store manager, Shane. I was already sitting in a couch by the front door. I told him what I was looking for and why. This particular couch was a great price and the doorbuster was a free recliner. I showed him a picture from the FB ad and he took me over to look at it. More expensive, too plushy, too fancy for me (electric recliner, built in cup holders and hidden pull out drawer). He gave me time to mull over my decision between the two before I decided on the first couch. No sales pressure. I already had an account so checking out and paying was quick and easy. I paid extra for free haul away. My loveseat and ottoman are in great condition. I was worried they'd end up on a landfill. Shane told me that they partner with a business who receives and inspects previously owned furniture. Great conditioned furniture or stuff with good bones but worn fabricate gets reupholstered, and then get donated to families in need. Love that! I got the last pieces in stock (floor model) so delivery was as soon as next weekend. A nice surprise because I was prepared for it to be months out do to supply/ delivery issues worldwide. Besides haul away they also provide FULL SERVICE delivery. Meaning they bring into your house and set up in there room that you want. That's helpful too since it's going in my upstairs loft. I can't lift that by myself. I also purchased a 5 year warranty, which covers upholstery and moving recliner parts. Their professionalism, service and respect for customer is why I will keep coming back. Great deals help too. Thank you!

Haven't had a chance to meet his wife but I'm sure she's just as awesome. There's plenty of floor models to try. And if you're curious he was willing to show us what he had in back. Even moved the mattress from the back to a place we could lay on it to try. If you're not buying a mattress from here you're paying too much and missing out on a 0 pressure situation. Not only that but Bob was honestly someone I was happy to meet and glad that I had talked to. Overall I left feeling like I had spent my money well, supported a local business, and met one the best business owners I ever had. FYI they are super supportive of vets.
