He was…read morevery helpful and though he was in the process of settling in on April 3, 2013 to the new shop, he spent plenty of time with me answering questions and telling me stories and information about fly fishing, hatches, books and business. A very good place to stop in on if you are going fishing in the Adirondacks. Has a comprehensive stock of flies, rods, reels and equipment. There is also a lot of spincast items as well.

Upon arrival, the heat was not on in our room (March - 30+/- degrees outside), it was 59 degrees…read moreinside. We turned up the thermostat and when we were back that evening, it was warm. We discovered by unplugging an alarm clock that was going off around 2:00 a.m. that the light in that plug had electrical tape all around the end of it with wires poking out. We unplugged that too. We woke to 62 degrees in the room although the thermostat was set on 69 degrees. The outlet on that wall wouldn't work in the morning, although it worked the night before. We had to move the coffee pot to the opposite wall to use it. We packed up and left around 9:00 and our room was already unlocked (it was a code to get into the room). I left a note on the desk but haven't heard back from the motel.

I walked into to the front desk building and was so tired that I didn't see that TV above the customer service desk with the self check in instructions, and I stood there for solid 15 minutes waiting for a employee to comeback and check me in and eventually noticed the TV instructions oops....... Oh well

I called the same morning looking to rent a boat, nothing fancy, just a little boat to go out on the lake with my family. Spoke to Robert who told me he'd hold one for me. Just took my name, no cc, no phone, just my name. Rented the boat, had a fair price without breaking the bank and returned.
