If I could give this place zero stars i would. Everytime I have come here the front desk people are so RUDE and act like they hate their jobs. No one greets you when you walk in and the Asian woman who normally is checking patients in before 4pm literally seems like she would rather be anywhere other than doing her job. When we checked in for an after 4pm and the women at the front didn't greet us, they were too busy yapping about one of the ladies personal life. When I walked over to the lady I was told to go to she said oh go sign her board (pointing to the other lady who was divulging her personal life) when I walked over to the Second Lady I stood for a minute (as she continued yapping) I finally had to ask where is the board? Dr. George Khamo was amazing! We are new to town. I did my research. I took in my kids for their annual check up. His attention to detail with both of my kids was top tier. Im grateful to him as he thought it was best to get labs on one my kids based on some concerns I had. So thankful he did because it turns out my child needs extra attention (leaving out details on purpose) The ladies in front office were very nice. I did have a mountain of paperwork to fill out but i was pre warned about that when i made the appointment. I love that this office has 2 dif waiting rooms. Instead of offering thoughtful explanations, he belittled me and talked as if I'm uneducated. Which is the last thing you want when you're trying to advocate for your child. This would've been 5 stars, it would be for the front desk & Dr. Malwane - this is the only reason why we still come here. The 1 star taken is for Kareen, she actually should be getting 0 if I could. She is a PA that saw my daughter when my husband brought her in. She had bad wheezing, and we've been self medicating at home with Tylenol for her fever & albuterol for 3 days before she was seen. Her fever went away, but that was it so I knew it was time to bring her in. He brought her in and was told she's fine, ween her off the meds & let her body fight it off naturally, yet she was still wheezing and in bad shape. I brought her back the next day to see Dr. Malwane (who we've been seeing for a while) and quickly got a steroid shot & albuterol cause she was NOT good. She had an ear infection, which I was told Kareen never checked my daughter's ears or anything. I've been coming here for years and the visit with Kareen literally took less than 5 mins - NEVER had that happen. The next day after seeing Malwane, who saw the shape she was in, I had to take her to the ER where she had to be hospitalized for 3 days because her infection triggered pneumonia, which then triggered acute asthma. She should've gotten antibiotics and help when seen with Kareen, but no. A careless act that I would never forgive. Dr. Malwane, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO AND FOR ACTUALLY CARING FOR OUR KIDS. read more

The practice as a whole is just okay. The best part is if you need an emergency apt, they usually have availability same or next day. I've seen a few of the doctors and honestly they were just okay but we really love PA-C, George Khamo. He is super personable and it feels like he really cares about your little one. I don't enjoy going to the Dr. I feel like they can be pushy, or dismissive of your concerns, but George has always spent time trying to understand my concerns and offers support through his expertise. He'll explain all of the different scenarios we can anticipate to help us make a decision we feel confident in. If you need a care provider for your child, I would definitely recommend him! read more

Dr.Teisch spent less than 2 minutes with us and said my son just had a cold later to find out my son tested positive for RSV. Lacked compassion and ran out of the room before I could ask any questions. Front desk is hit or miss you have some that are kind but you also have some that are rude and lack compassion as well. I have a 5, 4 and 1 year old who all go to this location and they absolutely love it here. Not only that my wife and I have been blessed with such good feedback with their development and treatment when they don't feel well. We can alway get ahold of someone and if not right away someone always gets back to us. They are very good at reminders which we love because with 3 kids calendars get hectic. I am writing today to mention my disappointment in our meeting with Dr. Teisch. I would NOT recommend her. We have seen another doctor since my son was born but his regular doc was not in, so we agreed to see Dr. Teisch. She was cold from the second she walked into the room. No hi, no hello, no nice greeting to my son. First thing she said, "OK, what's the issue?" Like WHAT?! I was so caught off guard that I would have responded differently if I was in that uncomfortable situation again, but when you are a first time Mom with concerns you would expect a little more warmth to say the least. She brushed off all my questions and concerns and compared everything to her children. It was a terrible experience. I am thinking about not continuing with this office at all based on my terrible experience with Dr. Teisch. I would give this review a 1 star but since my other experiences with another doctor has been fine, I'm giving it a 2 star. Dr. Teisch was awkward and fidgety the whole time. Could have cared less to address my concerns. It came off a bit like she was mocking me and my concerns the whole time. If you get placed with this doctor, run. Or at least say absolutely not, put me with someone else. So disappointed. If anyone from the office reads this, Dr. Teisch needs strong coaching in warmth, kindness and care. read more

Dr. Teisch is AMAZING!!! She has been my daughter's doctor since she was born. We recently went in for her 18 month check up and I told her that over the weekend my daughter had a seizure and we had to take her to ER. She listened and asked if I had any questions about what happened I told her just how to prevent it. She solidified we made the right choice to take her in and how to watch her for any incidents in the future. We have also added my son to see her as well! Every time I go into the office it's friendly even without an an appointment when my daughter has a high fever they make sure I can be seen. read more

At the beginning of this weather, my toddler got cough for days so, I called to make an appointment with KENNETH MISH, M.D., F.A.A.P (he was not my toddler regular physician but he was on shift) who was completely incompetent unacceptable and rude person. Dr. Mish is terrible enough that he wouldn't let me talk about my concerns or questions, and when I tried to speak back, he ignored me, did not look at me at all, he did not answer my basics and simple questions; he kept talking over me, not giving me chance to understand my daughter's health issues. So, I asked him again, and he told me I am a ridiculous person that he will give me a prescription when I did not want a prescription because I know the consequences as I work in the medical field too, what I wanted to understand was my daughter's issues. He assumed I wanted antibiotics and still he did not even care to explain anything. I worked in a pediatrician clinic in another state before and I never saw a pediatrician Dr talking without respect to a mom who is just was concern about her child, it even came to my mind that he was racist towards me, because of my brown skin and my accent, how he treated me was unacceptable, rude and he would not even look at me, he would talk looking at my husband. A person who is not compassionate or patient enough to listen to their patient's issues. Why care to be a doctor? Calling him a DOCTOR is a big name for him, even if he does a good diagnosis. Before covid I'd bring my son here to get his vaccines for school and would bring him for other issues. When covid started and the covid vaccine came out I brought him in for his last vaccine recommended to attend high school. Not the covid shot. Dr Misch asked if he wanted the covid shot. We talked about the shot months before and as a family we decided to not get it. And my son told him nah, not at this time. I want to wait and think about it more. She has been treating our daughter ever since she was a cooperative baby to a squirmy toddler. The nurses and front desk staff are always polite and professional. My only complaint is the other doctors and PAs that we've encountered for emergency appointments when Dr. Goebel is fully booked...they aren't as charismatic or personable towards our daughter or us. Gotta bump it down. We've seen many healthcare providers in this practice since we switched to Dr. Goebel, and not all of them are as patient and caring as she is. Dr. Misch seemed rushed to the point where I forgot all the questions I had for him at my infant's 6 month check up. He talked to us with a hand on the doorknob and one foot out the door. He gave me a completely conflicting opinion than our usual doctor on infant food intolerances, and wouldn't let my husband or me get a word in edgewise. When I brought up the opinion of the doctor IN HIS PRACTICE he brushed it off and made it sound ludicrous. Shouldn't the pediatricians here get on the same page, especially if the patients won't always be seeing the same one?! The continuity of care is awful. The woman who's usually sitting inside the door on the right side making appointments is so rude and brash. I've also had rude medical assistants do measurements on my infant. C'mon, people. The male receptionist next to her was having a conversation that the whole waiting room could hear "yea she looks like you, she's hot etc. " this went on for a while before he said "I am starting to get patients, I gotta go". We moved to henderson aug 2014 and was recommended to Dr Krishen from a friend. In our experiences, the wait times to see the dr is usually over 30 min, even with an 8AM appointment! we see the nurse for a few minutes to get vitals, the dr then does not take time to really treat our kids, it seems like she has her mind on other patients. our 9MO has eczema and recently spread to parts of her face and cheeks which she did not have before. The doctor said, "it looks like it's getting better" when in fact it got a lot worse! that just shows how little the doctor pays attention to us. Very different from our pediatrician in California which we miss dearly. The front office has new personnel every time we visit (visited at least 5 times now) and there is no opportunity for you to get to know them. we are currently looking for another pediatrician in the area. read more

We've seen A LOT of doctors with our son with Down Syndrome and complex medical issues but I have to say that Dr.Misch had the worst bedside manner of them all. For someone who prides himself publicly for working with children with Down Syndrome at the first visit ever meeting him he did not acknowledge our child when he walked into the room, was rushed, crass, and was extremely rude and encouraged a harsh way of constraining our son to my husband for his exam. He spoke about our son as if our son WAS Down syndrome and spoke down to us as if we were uneducated about our son. He used the words 'Downs Child' as if it's his identity and wasn't willing to listen to our concerns. If you have a child with a disability I do NOT recommend this doctor. After waiting an hour past our appointment time we were less than pleased with the quality of care given. Go elsewhere. Don't waste your time with a doctor who doesn't value the patient and only sees them as a number. Don't come here! I had my second baby scheduled for a circumcision and it was the most traumatizing thing i have experienced. With my first boy it was nothing like this there was a nurse and someone helping the doctor at all times and he didn't even cry!! With my second one it was terrible dr hodapp was by himself and just went for it Without any nurse was so rough and I've never seen so much blood in my life.
