All of the teachers and administrators know our kids names and truly care about helping all of the children flourish. They receive the best care and education available by a steadfast and dedicated staff. There are additional resources to help learning outcomes and monthly meetings available that help support parents and parenting skills. Other centers pale in comparison to Learning Together. They meet and exceed standards of care. They are also accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) where less than 6% of childcare centers in the US carry that standard. There is another unsavory review on here and I have not had any similar experiences. The potty training comment is not in the context of the child. I have two and the first was ready to train right away and the second wasn't and has had trainings when he was ready. That speaks volumes to the staff being aware that different children will take on different skills when ready. My second child just was not ready when we initially discussed potty training and the Learning Together staff were able to start that training once he was. This is a feather in their cap for being responsive to the child.

She did not apologize for their error until I mentioned that she was not apologetic and then said the best she could do was to get me on the waitlist again for a June opening. She could not guarantee that they would not lose my information again if I was put back on the waitlist. Raising a child and returning to work is stressful enough without having incompetent , unsympathetic program directors losing your information and not offering any acceptable resolution to their mistake. This situation is particularly frustrating considering I return to work in 2.5 weeks. If this is the type of care, consideration, and customer service they provide, I can only imagine the type of care they provide to children within their facility.

The curriculum and enrichment activities are great and my son is developing so well. I've had terrible experiences at other centers and this one is not one of them. They are top notch. This review is a direct result of the behavior in lack of providing information and appropriate…read morecare of my child. I find the increasing prevalence of neglect, dismissive and passive aggressive emotional outtakes are inappropriate and unprofessional. The behavior seems to be initiated by the inconsistent level of care that is being provided as it pertains to inappropriate diapering and lack of re-clothing of my child in an environment prone to constant germ hazards and cool air during the winter months. The level of the neglect has caused a frequent diaper rash and constant viral infections that have resulted in emergency room visits with my child. Upon trying to initiate results driven communications with her providers and the director I have been unable to receive the information that I have requested that would determine the validity of the claims of inappropriate cleanliness and diapering neglect. The facility and claimed higher authorities have been unable to materialize any documentation or video footage upon my request, and in fact neglected to complete an investigation but instead decided to "disenroll" my child as a result of the hearsay and contradictory lies from the campus director. Her classroom teachers were unskilled and emotionally reactive,one in which quit after being questioned about diapering issues. I received an email from an Amy Boyette, a person whom I have never met, alerting me that the cause of my child dismissal is due to hostile behavior and a myriad of other claims of inappropriate behavior in which are completely false,slandering the character of myself and my child's father simply because we are concerned parents. It is also evident that this email was not situational or applicable to the events in question pertaining to my daughter, but instead copied from a previous email that was sent to a different parent claiming events that did not happen with my family. When calling to speak with Ms. Boyette about these discrepancies she had stated that she has no knowledge of my case or issues I was experiencing within the daycare and that no child should have to experience this but still chose to exspell my daughter without investigation of my claims. Ms Boyette also verified that she is the director of another offsite facility who had be contacted to assist in acquiring the video surveillance contradicting that she had no knowledge of the claims in which I am asserting. This place seems to be more about cover-up instead of the true welfare of all children. BEWARE!!!!!

We had a fantastic experience with my son from 2015-2017, but had multiple health, dietary, hygiene, and communication issues with my daughter since the new age 2+ building opened in summer 2017. With the move, there were a number of unannounced changes (e.g., child:teacher ratio increases, less outdoor time, centralized lesson planning). The culture and new rules also seemed more focused on image and profit than on what's best for kids, teachers, and families. Efforts to form a parent advisory group were rebuffed, and there seems to be ongoing tension between the teachers and administrators. Some teachers are excellent, but there are big differences in the experience and practices of the teaching teams from room to room. I'd say it's now comparable to other large chains in the area.

She was recently placed in a 7th grade math class where she is challenged at her own level and not be pressured by a canned curriculum. My 4 year old was placed in kindergarten because her teacher works hard to make sure each child to reaches their potential at their own pace. When I ask her how her day went, she responds giggling and says "Mommy, we have so much fun and I just love my teacher and friends"! CCA's classes are capped at 12 kids per classroom and has a 4 day school week. How cool is that? You have to determine whether a Christian school is an appropriate fit for your child. CCA has only been open for about 3 years so it is reasonable to expect some bumps along the way. So please spread the good news about our school. CCA does not operate or intend to operate like some of the other elite private schools in the area. We want to grow God's kingdom but we intend to stay small like a close knit family.
