Christina is usually at the front desk and greets everyone with a big smile and hello. She's also been very accommodating when I needed to change my appointments a few times. When I started I wasn't sure if the semaglutide tirzepatide wight loss injections or the weight loss appetite suppressant pills would be best for. So I went in with alot of questions. Luckily they welcomed my questions and answered all of them for me. The doctor explained what each medication does, the possible side effects and contraindications to taking each medicine. They reviewed a diet plan that's really been effective and even gave me an easy exercise plan. I had a few major back surgeries that makes doing most exercises impossible. They understood this and we went over in detail what I can and can't do. Riding a bike and walking is easy for me so they have me on a bike riding and walking program. I walk my dog several times a day so this is perfect for me. Since it's been so hot outside, after I walk my dog in the morning I ride my stationary bike at home in front of the TV. As far as diet goes I'm eating healthy. And I don't crave anything. Im really happy with the type of care I'm getting, how everyone treats me and the results I've gotten.
