The handling of my case was poor and Ms. Gentry was non-attentive to details, poorly communicated, but most importantly, had an attitude of superiority and made snarky comments or brushed off my concerns. Ultimately, I terminate the relationship and went with another attorney, who was much more attentive and approached the situation with care and compassion during a tough time. What is shocking is that Ms. Gentry has now reached out, years later, not to check in or apologize for the situation but to ask me to consider changing my Google review I left two years ago. Again, no care to what I was put through, instead it was to offer me a full refund to address the review.
