Despite being an unnecessary and extra request, they were totally understanding and drafted a written arrangement that put me at ease. Once I identified the property, an offer was ready within hours. When I asked for modifications, the turnaround was same-day. They were also very friendly and pleasant to speak with. Alice provided timely and useful info on the uniqueness of this property, being a condo and typical investment property, whereas I was planning to treat it as a primary. They also had a local lender to recommend. Ultimately, the seller wanted more money than I was willing to pay, and I had some issues with financing, so I walked from the deal. Critical: Professionalism NO MORALS / NO INTEGRITY ..... NO…read moreWAY My ex-wife and I generated $168,000 of commissions for agent Meg C and Coastal Luxury Broker Erin last month (3 transactions totaling 6.5mm in volume- 2 sell sides and 1 buy side). Agent Meg C and I had a clear verbal agreement as well as multiple texts confirming the agreement to handle my 1.525mm buy side for 1% total fee (and 1.5% to come back to me at closing); yet, the agent and even her broker refused to perform on the agreement (thus, stealing 12k+ from me). Simply put, instead of holding true to our promised 1 percent buy side commission agreement (I have text chains and conversations that validate and confirm our 1% buyside agreement), the agent (and her no integrity broker) decided to randomly assign 10k to me on the HUD (instead if the agreed upon $22,875 me/ $15,250 agent commission split). An agent (and her broker) are as only as good as their word. Agent Meg C appears to have blocked me from even being able to call or text with her or her husband... Even though the agent had committed to the 1% buy side deal (on 1 of our 3 transactions), she is now hiding behind her low integrity Broker at Coastal Luxury and will not return my phone calls or texts. Given the lack of a MORAL COMPASS and ZERO INTEGRITY, I would not recommend doing business with Coastal Luxury or Agent Meg C.

Chris and team have always gone above and beyond to make sure we chose the right rental for our needs (price, location, number of people, dog friendly, proximity to the beach, etc.) If we ever had a maintenance issue (lightning hit the AC unit one night) we had amazingly fast service from not only the manager of the maintenance team, but the HVAC company they have on call. We also appreciate the COVID protocols, and have noticed how extremely clean the units are as we have rented 4 times since COVID started.
