It was also not ok to use the Sugar Dunes beach as they have revoked their policy to allow our condo of their beach. The policy for Beachside Villas still showed we could use their beach. We could also not leave our shoes and towels in the public beach area as it is a hazard. The condo was not clean enough or kept up enough for the amount you pay for it, especially not having the beach access as close as it is advertised. I would not stay here again. There are places along 30-a that are a little cheaper, appear much nicer, and own private beaches. the condo we stayed in had a horrible floor plan. we had 6 people in our party and we could not all be in the same room at the same time. We all felt banished to our rooms when we were all together. There are much better rentals out there and Transparency about the beaches would have been nice.

Chris and team have always gone above and beyond to make sure we chose the right rental for our needs (price, location, number of people, dog friendly, proximity to the beach, etc.) If we ever had a maintenance issue (lightning hit the AC unit one night) we had amazingly fast service from not only the manager of the maintenance team, but the HVAC company they have on call. We also appreciate the COVID protocols, and have noticed how extremely clean the units are as we have rented 4 times since COVID started. The sheets and comforters are all gleaming white and changed before each arrival. I highly recommend using this company for any rentals in the area!

I reviewed three times and the review was taken down by the company each time. Bathroom pipes leaked through the ceiling of the dining room - we couldn't make Thanksgiving dinner. HVAC broke. Someone claiming to be from housekeeping came into the home around 9pm 'to bring towels' that we never asked for and didn't even bother to knock. Scared my daughter who was home alone at the time. Housekeeping brought their young children with them as though we were a babysitting service. Any company that would remove negative reviews instead of actually doing something about the non-stop issues we had should not be in business. Seeing other 1 start reviews for the same company that are actually staying up made me want to post again to help others avoid our same experience.

When we called about the laundry, the man implied that we broke the machines and then told us to go find a laundromat. No, we were not about to haul three loads of wet laundry to a laundromat half an hour away and pay to dry them, causing us to lose two hours of our evening! I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a place to stay in 30A.

Despite being an unnecessary and extra request, they were totally understanding and drafted a written arrangement that put me at ease. Once I identified the property, an offer was ready within hours. When I asked for modifications, the turnaround was same-day. They were also very friendly and pleasant to speak with. Alice provided timely and useful info on the uniqueness of this property, being a condo and typical investment property, whereas I was planning to treat it as a primary. They also had a local lender to recommend. Ultimately, the seller wanted more money than I was willing to pay, and I had some issues with financing, so I walked from the deal. The end result is that even though they didn't make a penny from me, they still gave me excellent service and attention. If I find another place I want in the Panama City or Destin area there is no chance I will consider anyone besides The Real Experts. Thanks for your help Alice and Sean!
