The owner Reachelle replied and said "it would be $150.00" and I agreed. On the cleaning day, instead of 9 am, they (Reachelle and a young man) arrived 9:30 am, which is fine. And started working at 10 am. It took 2.5 hours Reachelle to clean the stove and microwave. She was constantly on her cell phone. She then started cleaning the copper kitchen sink but I told her it was already cleaned by my handyman with a special chemical for coppers. She said it is clean because she cleaned it. The young man was upstairs cleaning the windows and the bathtub. When he finished, the glass shower door was still not clean, it had white residue. They said because the stains are too old and cannot be cleaned anymore. Reachelle started cleaning the windows on the first floor. Oh my God. She was so slow... When I pointed out her some of the spots, she said they are from the outside and they can only clean the inside. Even the windows on the ground level?? So at 3 pm, they finally finished. She said they did a full cleaning and asked for $100 more. Adding 2 bathroom is for $100?? Well, if this was a full house cleaning, I asked her to clean the powder room and him to clean the spider webs in the garage as well. Oh my God! This guy was so sloppy and slow. I could not help myself taking the long brush and showed him how to do. He watched me but continued missing so many spots. I then asked him if he can clean the patio because so there were many leaves on the ground. He said yes. After he left, I saw that he just swept them from concrete to soil! After I paid them total of $250, look at these pictures. I cannot recommend them to anybody. Also, I sent 3 messages to Reachelle and asked an invoice for tax purpose, she never acknowledge my messages. Let's see if she will reply to this one.

I told the three ladies everything we wanted done: floors, kitchen, bathroom, baseboards, furniture, windows, etc. They got straight to work and were very efficient. I also specifically asked that they use only our cleaning products due to having a newborn and personal allergies. At one point, my husband noticed they were using their own product and had to remind them to switch back to ours. This frustrated me quite a bit, especially since I had mentioned this to the office as well the day before. We had booked 3 hours, but they finished in about 2 hours and seemed rushed overall. A few areas were missed, including under some appliances, parts of the baseboards, the windows, and dusting our console table and dining room table. When my husband reminded them about the windows before they left, it was wiped quickly with a cloth rather than properly cleaned, which felt a bit rushed. I had mentioned the windows specifically when they first arrived, so it was frustrating that they missed it and when reminded, they wiped it down very quickly. Communication was a little awkward. If they had a question, they would call their office, and then the office would call us. I completely understand there may be a language barrier, but it did make the process feel less smooth and made us feel as though we couldn't specify our wants directly. We did ask for a small discount due to the late arrival. They were hesitant, but ultimately took $20 off. Overall, the areas they did clean were done pretty well, and I appreciated that they wore shoe coverings in our home.
