It was a BIG help as my bad back would have forced me to spend at least 5-6 hours on just cleaning, let alone the orgainizing that I needed to do. Araceli was friendly and very professional. I would deffinently recommend giving them a try. I find that most people that get upset usually were not as clear with what they want. Just have a conversation and walk them around. My experience was a 1 time thing I needed help with but I'm sure the recurring service is just as good. Worth the money. The day of the job, 2 very nice ladies showed up with all of their own cleaning products and vacuum. They took 5 hours at $75 an hour and I tipped them $25 each. They did a really nice job cleaning the vertical blinds in each of the 3 rooms and the dining area where the large window with sliding doors also has blinds. The rest of the house where I can tell they cleaned, they did a decent job, however I immediately noticed that: they did not properly clean inside the shower of one of the bathrooms because there were some cobwebs in the corner; they did not dust the walls since I could see some cobwebs in one of the bedrooms and near the vent of the dining area; the chandelier in the dining area was still dusty; the top of the bathroom cabinets were dusty; the washer and dryer are in a closet where the sliding doors are removed, the bottom tracks were dusty and clearly not vacuumed. I just feel that working in an empty home for 5 hours should not result in so many details missed. For the price they charged and the time they took, I was very disappointed. While I appreciate the punctuality of the ladies, their kindness and the quality of cleaning they provided on what I could tell was cleaned, I do not think I can work with this company again, nor would I recommend them.

Unfortunately, this cleaning company left the floors dirty and we didn't find out until move-in day. We reached out to Alicia and she offered a complimentary floor cleaning. However, since we didn't want to wait on rescheduling another cleaning and felt like they might not do a good job again, we decided to just clean the floors ourselves. It took a whole day for my husband to wet mop the floors and get them to a state where they wouldn't turn our socks brown. Our agreement was that the kitchen, bathrooms and flooring be the priority-- she didn't have to clean the rest of the house. I had a busy day of errands, very excited to come home to a clean house but that definitely was not the case. Here's what I came home to in the kitchen alone: -Uncleaned microwave -Sink full of dirty dishes -3 full trashes, which included Burger King from Kat's team and the emptied trashes from the bathrooms. (I've never had a cleaner not take the trash out, especially their own trash!) -the counter completely clear and wiped down, only to find the appliances that were on them under the counter still dirty (blender base, toaster, and crockpot all dirty with old food stains) -smudges on the stainless steel fridge showing that it hadn't been cleaned. Our kitchen is small and it wasn't in terrible shape before they came. It really makes me wonder what they did?? Put dirty dishes in the sink, put dirty appliances under the counter, wipe the counters down and call it clean?? The bathrooms weren't as bad but they weren't cleaned well either. There was soap scum on the shower head still and dust on the vanity (we recently had it repaired so there's chalky dust in places). The floors were the only thing done well. When I texted Kat about the issues she said that they didn't load the dishwasher because there were already dishes in there. (Wouldn't it have been more appropriate to put away clean dishes than randomly putting appliances under the counter?? Why clear the counters but not the dishwasher?? Why not hand wash the dirty dishes??). She gave no response about the microwave or trashes. All she offered to do was return my $35 tip. I feel she should've refunded more for the shabby job but oh well, lesson learned- never trust cleaners to clean while you're not home and never send payment before inspecting the work. The 2 stars are for the good communication during scheduling and for arriving on time.
