He took advantage of my lack of understanding of what to look for in an attorney. This attorney only focus on what I initially said rather than the full scope of his oath when dealing with the case. I asked him multiple times on what we could do with the delay of the other party. He never gave me what was best and he played word games with me when trying to deal with this case and didn't give me anything of value. He did not advise me what to say when petitioning my response to the other party. He did not advise of all things that could be done under the retainer. He never advised about possible dismissal of the entire case complete because laws the were breeched in the earlier hearings and trials. He uses a flat rate retainers to trap individuals of engaging in family court and do as little as possible. he did not up hold his oath in our dealings. From what I witnessed, this attorney is most likely to commit malpractice and/or ineffective counsel to his clients. This attorney engages in cutting corners that can cause catastrophic failure in winning a case against another party and opposing attorneys. In hearings, he lets the other party and the judge talk over him to eliminate any possibility of allowing you to be heard which is a violation of oath. This attorney does not care about family law outcomes and adjacent matter that he may handle. While I worked with this attorney there were staffing which also attributed to turnovers. Triecy was the worst paralegal to work with at this firm and should be fired. The one who left the firm mid case was great but she did not transfer any notes or other information to Treicy. Treicy kept removing things from the motion forms that would have helped me as per advice of another attorney's at other firms. The only paralegal who was worth speaking to Shauna but she was never assigned to my case and she seem to have the most understanding of how my case should have been handled. She should start her own firm if she is up to it. The receptionist was great. They did not refund me for their dubious behavior. This firm is a quick cash grab and they do not care about outcome of legal proceedings even when they deliberately cut corners. They do everything in their power to avoid trail so that they do not commit ineffective counsel. This firm advised against legal requirement and coerced me to provide other information not needed. They also advised against law and case law about having to pay the other parties attorney fees. This firm as per the actions of the attorney and some other employees of the firm, have shown me that they participate in the toxic family court culture. I would not recommend this firm.

I trusted him to advocate for me and my children during an already stressful and financially difficult situation. Instead, my experience left me feeling unsupported, dismissed, and deeply disappointed. Before the first hearing, a serious drafting error was made in my response paperwork that negatively impacted my case from the beginning. Rather than taking ownership of the mistake and proactively addressing it, I felt the issue was brushed aside while I was left dealing with the consequences. The most alarming part came after I ordered and reviewed the hearing transcript myself. Reading it was honestly shocking. Several of my strongest and most important arguments were never properly argued, and at times it felt as though opposing counsel's narrative was being reinforced instead of challenged. I walked away questioning whose interests were actually being advocated for in that courtroom. Communication throughout the representation was equally troubling. Conversations often were aggressive, dismissive, and condescending. I was frequently talked over rather than listened to and even yelled at multiple times, despite the fact that this case directly affected my children, my financial stability, and my future. After paying approximately $10,000 in legal fees, I expected professionalism, accountability, preparation, and strong advocacy. I did not receive that experience. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share this for anyone considering hiring legal counsel for a serious family law matter because who you hire matters so much. And make sure the person representing you is truly advocating for you and your children.

It's disappointing and "strange" to see such a defensive and dismissive response to feedback. If your firm does not offer consultations, perhaps clarifying the language on your page ( "Get a virtual consultation" ) button, would help avoid confusion. Rather than addressing concerns constructively, your reply comes across as condescending, which only reinforces doubts about working with your firm. A professional approach would not involve belittling someone for comparing prices and making an informed decision. Clients seek not just expertise, but also respect and transparency. I'm glad i didn't invest my time or money at this law-firm. My intent was simply to inform others about the prices.

Miranda Baner is a competent attorney, but she doesn't give the representation her clients pay for. She will take your money and you will not get effective representation in return. I was a client of hers and she conspired with the opposing attorney to defraud me of funds and conjure conflict to drag the case out. She also advised me to go along with actions that were clearly in violation of my rights and standard court procedures. She has no backbone! Paying her requested fees does not equal effective representation, nor a level of integrity when she accepts a clients funds. Don't waste your money with her..
