First my dog loves the interaction with other dogs and their owners. Secondly, we continue to learn, even though my dog has passed the International Therapy Dog test and we work as volunteers at a local hospital. This is the first dog I have enrolled in a program like this and as a life long dog lover and owner, he is honestly the first dog I have ever owned that comes when he called, does not go crazy when someone comes to the door and has respect for people. I did have an issue with this dog in a particular area and worked with the trainer on a one on one basis. Our problem was quickly resolved. Communication is the key here. The trainer is open to new ideas and will address specific problems when asked. I can't say enough good things about this program!!!
