Last appointment with my large dog, the appointment was for 9am, I asked if our dog would be done around 12pm. The reception lady rudely replied, this is a large dog. We have 4 large dogs in the back. Large dogs take time. Maybe the dog will be done around 3. I'm sorry? I made an appointment, it is not my fault or my dog's fault that you overbooked. Received a call shortly after asking about fleas, our dog is on meds from the vet so no fleas. They said they may need to charge more for fleas if they find one. The dog has no fleas. Got a call at 2 to pick the dog up. 5 hours later. When I make an appointment, I should not need to wait for their overbooking issues. 5 hours for the dog to be groomed? Nor be called about fleas the dog does not have and be threatened I'm to be charged more. $150 for a 65 pound dog to be groomed. Since then, I have been to 2 other groomers with the dog just to see the difference in timing and price and neither have been as terrible in timing or pricing. The other locations recognize appointment times and do not take 5 hours. In fact, picked my large dog up after 2 hours. Not 5 2 hours and $80 with tip, at the most with the others. Unfortunately we will not be back here. We do hate to leave the employee here we really liked.

Pretty nice place. Came in to do the self-wash on our dog and was greeted by the owner, who was…read morefriendly and very helpful. The wash stations were very clean with good water pressure and temperature, and the shampoos and conditioner worked really well. Our dog is super clean now. I've tried a couple of the other self-wash places around here and this is definitely the best one so far. Frankly, most of the other places seem to be dirty and smell weird and staffed by crabby folks. Washing the dog is never a really pleasant experience but this place made it very easy and painless. I'll definitely be back!

Good: she was able to accommodate our 2 dogs for grooming at the last minute…read more Bad: 1) she charged more than what she confirmed on call. 2) our dog is big in size and I am pretty sure she's had never handled a big dog, he had a choker chain on him when we reached. 3) He was hurt in the leg and had blood clot there. 4) she was short staffed so took more time than promised, on top of that she says she had to stay back ( felt like ones of the reasons to charge me more) well that was not my fault. 5) no place I know charges $5 for card payment, this one does. 6) Both dogs always loved their spa day at PetSmart, hatred this one.. were very restless. I wouldn't recommend the grooming to anybody else. No comments about the delay self wash.

They put a barking dog in the back room while my cat was there. Her helper petted the cat while she started the nails, so lots of attention and a calm attitude. The shop was large enough and very clean. I will definitely use them again, especially now that Petco just lost their only cat groomer. Thanks for the cat attention.

Penni is very sweet and she did a great job on my little Echo. Echo is only 6 months old and has…read morenever been to a groomer. She's a purebred malamute so I wanted to get her started early so she understands that going to the groomers is a good thing. Penni did great with her. She looked beautiful, smelled wonderful and felt sooooo soft! She had her work cut out for her since she is puppy and it was her 1st time being groomed. There was a couple spots on Echo that she couldn't get to because of Echo not wanting her to. She explained that she didn't want to stress her out anymore than we already had being that she was doing something new and with out mom around. I did appreciate that. Echo came home with a cute little bandana on was so beautiful. We'll be back!
