Few months ago he demanded another $3000 to 'be available' to talk. So I call him and his phone is "not in service", I send email and it is "nondeliverable". I do not think he is still in practice. Judge was so upset with his explanations of my situation that the Chapter 13 was dismissed. Vik claimed something good he'd done: "I got it dismisssed without prejudice" meaning you can re-file. (not with him!)
