Worst staffing agency in Orange County !!!! My husband applied with Staffing Solutions over 3 weeks ago and has called every day for 3 weeks asking if they have any work orders . Lucero , who answered the phone said the application process takes 3 days but had no excuse as to why it had been over 3 weeks and he had yet to received a call from them regarding any job opportunities . She then offered to transfer him to her manager regarding his application and concerns . As soon as the Manager got on the phone , she was very defensive and did not let My Husband speak or express his concerns since they literally have all his personal information but have not contacted him once , she told him that his application was incomplete and that is why they have not reached out to him but when he mentioned the fact that the receptionist went over his application to verify it was complete prior to the very unprofessional on the spot interview they did in the lobby while others where around , he stated that if his application is incomplete , wouldn't it had been her employees job to address that prior to the interview ? Her solution was to offer to shred my husband's application . Horrible customer service , unprofessional employee's and over all , horrible staffing agency . For those looking for employment , call Kimco Staffing . They got my husband a job the very next day after applying and all of their jobs pay rate start at $15+ . Good luck ! read more

Update: After completing work at a week-long event at a convention center, I had to look for another job ASAP. There were two different job listings that I was interested in (one that pays $25/hr and the other is $17/hr). I asked Abraham which of the two seemed like a better fit for me and told me that the $17/hr job was ideal. He was very honest and I do appreciate him for that. As of today, it's been over a month since I started working at my second assignment and I am beyond blessed to take the last spot of that company. It feels wonderful to work at a place where I can have my own mental peace, wear anything outside of a work uniform, go on vacation without worrying about blackout dates, and a manager that is always by my side. Also, I got to dodge the insane 7 am traffic everyday while on the way to work which is another blessing. I've been working hard day-by-day and my manager couldn't be any more thankful for me and I have the same thoughts for him too. We both also mentioned how wonderful Abraham is as a recruiter and he was so sweet to visit my workplace and gift the HR manager for her courtesy. I applied through indeed at staffing solutions on a Tuesday and I was working by Friday of that same week. All the girls there are awesome and were very helpful with follow ups of the whole process regarding the position I was looking for. I was printing badges during this event and it was so fun, easy, and quick. Attendees just had to come to the computers and search for their names and if they couldn't then we just send them over to the other booth. Fun people to work with and the lead director was super nice and chill. She would let us take extra minutes for break since we were so busy and deserved it.
