When I dropped the car off he spotted the tiniest imperfections in the paint that I hadn't even noticed before and I could only see when he pointed them out. He removed every tiny little scratch, swirl mark and imperfection by giving the car a thorough detail all over, user various products to give it a really deep shine and then locked it in with a tough ceramic coating. Subsequent to the above I was contacted by the business owner who was disappointed by the feedback and keen to resolve the dispute. He offered to reimburse me for my losses and promptly did so. I did not expect this and was pleasantly surprised. His attitude was one of reconciliation and as a result I expect that the company will now look at this aspect of their service to ensure no further dissatisfaction.
