I brought in my taxes for my family and she immediately tore into me for bringing them later than they wanted. I understand the frustration and told her that we'd understand if they couldn't get to them due to a backlog. She again decided to say rude and unprofessional things, including passive-aggressive comments about my mother, who had been a client for ten years. When I politely said that she didn't need to explain herself, she rolled her eyes at me and spat out a childish "whatever." We took our business elsewhere. I advise anyone reading to do the same.
