I didn't have to call several times to get an estimate or pester for a response. They were on site when they said they would be and did the job they said they'd do, and, at a great price too. We had some tricky property issues that they were willing to work with us on. The guys were very friendly and did a great job on a property with a LOTS of trees. We had a few removed, trimmed, ground clearing, thinning of palms, lots of work done in a very short time. I will definitely be using Osteen Properties again. Highly recommended.

Within six weeks of purchasing a Meyer lemon tree, its leaves turned yellow and leaves dropped, despite getting adequate water and overall care. (We're experienced gardeners) Tried to get an exchange, credit or refund -- or even an explanation -- but after several days of unanswered phone and email msgs, we finally heard back from nursery manager Stephanie who blew off our concerns and refused any assistance, citing "it's not our concern once it leaves the property." Over the years, we were devoted customers but things have steadily gone downhill with the new owners and staff.

We owed extra given the neglect we had on our yard which was to be expected but if your yard is maintained you shouldn't expect a higher price upfront. (In my own defense it rained every weekend I went to cut for like a month straight.) Being in Florida only a few of us find zen by mowing our own lawn. Personally if I can burn it all I would. But Stan makes our yard look great and has the equipment to get it done quickly and the tools to make those vines go away from the fence!
