The theater is small so there really isn't a bad seat in the house. The staff (especially by the bar) is super nice. The bar...bring cash to tip. Their POS system doesn't allow you to add tip when you make a purchase. The show was so good. Even the meet and greets were handled fairly well. I'm got to tell Trevor from O-Town that they wouldn't let me go to see them when they came to Sachem high school because I didn't win the raffle. Felt like I was back to my old antics of being a crazy fan.

There is not much equipment and the facility is rather small but I decided to give it a try anyway…read more After several weeks I found out that the staff were all high school kids that may have experience with gymnastics but have no teaching skills. I do not blame them, there should be at least one qualified gymnastics teacher to train and over see the rest. It seems like a baby sitting session with exercises and some basic equipment drills. After I saw them playing musical chairs with hula hoops instead of chairs I pulled both children out. That was the only time I got to speak with Julie (over the phone, I never seen her there). Maybe she is the only real gymnastics teacher. She did not care about my concerns and also did not care about losing a customer, I guess business is good enough.

Classes entail just going through a series of exercises for an hour, whereas…read morein other places they gave real instruction on form, technique, etc. The staff seemed like people who do gymnastics, but not skilled in Teaching gymnastics. The "instructors" take this too seriously. It's one thing to push the gymnastics TEAM, it's another thing to approach "for fun" classes that way.

At it's peak, there were 150+ fellow viewers. I loved every moment... the wonderful instructor was extremely calming, motivating, down to earth and genuinely positive. I wish I could make him the voice of my alarm clock each morning. Thank you again for hosting this. I've done a few guided meditation sessions before and this one was amongst the most well run. In fact, I almost forgot that this was being done over Zoom... it felt like the class was literally happening within my living room. At times like these, it was such an honor to be surrounded (even if virtually) by hundreds of like-minded and positive individuals. That group dance sess at the end was the icing on the cake!

It is Thanksgiving during a pandemic and many forget how fortunate they are and that they truly have stuff to be grateful for. With work and other outside demands, we need to let stuff go so that we can live in the moment and be happy. This helps to be more focused, energetic, and appreciative. I feel that anyone with a stressful lifestyle could benefit from this center's services. They offer on line classes or online one on one sessions. They are open every day- so there is no excuse to not be able to get some stress relief! Their hours are Monday- Saturday 10 am-10 pm and Sunday 10 am- 3 pm! I learned how to count my blessings today!

!!BEWARE!! Weiner…read moremusic is a SCAM Specifically ordered the old style Clark fobes barrel. They sent me the new version. I emailed them right after delivery about this and received no response, but on their website they updated the photo after my email. I called them and said I wanted the old barrel if you can check stock and if not available call me and set up a return. They falsely advertised the incorrect product, and blamed me for this. They deducted $9 for a cleaning fee of a barrel that was never used, and again the incorrect item. The people working the phones are morons and scammers. I utilized this place for years and referring my students to purchase equipment and instruments since 2015. And buying reeds while on broadway tours. That all ends NOW Take your business elsewhere. Photos below show my email complaint. The original photo on my invoice for the barrel I wanted (very blurry pic) and then the return invoice minus $9 with the updated new barrel (that I didn't want)
