Probably the best thing you can say about our original furniture is that it was eclectic. More truthfully, it simply didn't really look that great, pretty much a "before" project on what you'd see on HGTV. Once Vanessa and Michelle got through with it, the interior of the house was totally transformed. The first step was Vanessa came through the house with her contractor, Arlin, and recommended changes to be made, including updating ceiling fans, light fixtures, installing recessed lights, etc. We didn't do everything she recommended but we did most. Vanessa coordinated all of the contracting work done by Arlin and his team, and provided all the quotes. The prices for the various jobs were very competitive, generally cheaper than other estimates I received from other contractors. The bottom line is that the results speak for themselves. We received multiple offers and sold the house for $110K over list within 5 days for the highest price ever sold in our neighborhood. I couldn't have asked for much more than that. Attached are a few pics of the finished product. I definitely recommend using Inspired Home Design for updating and staging your home. I'm sure glad I did.

Jill did several consultations, and helped me pick colors for the walls that we still love, and the furniture, paintings, lighting fixtures, etc. look great they way she suggested to me. No strong arming/no pressure--just great ideas from a pro. When we renovated a few years ago, again--she helped with very helpful recommendations re: window treatments, and also advice that saved me $$ when I had to re-upholster a chaise lounge. Lena went over many different designs / color schemes / lay outs until I found some that I felt suited my style. She picked out dozens of high-end quality pieces that I know will be well used for many years. She is extremely patient, thoughtful and above all has very good style and instincts for how to make a space really come alive. The quality of the sofa is superior, and we always receive compliments on how comfortable it is and how nice it looks with the rest of our living room. The blinds are great for privacy since we are able to have the bottom portion of our windows blocked with the light coming in at the top. We always receive compliments on how well put together our home looks. We found it very beneficial working with Lena, not only did we get the couch that worked great with our house, but also got it at a excellent price given her up to date knowledge of where/what is the best bang for your buck. But in the end I realized that Chris had it right from the beginning. My living room and dining room space look distinctive and high style. His firm designed and manufactured customized leather love seats for my undersized living room. The love seats are gorgeous and so high quality. They were expensive but worth every single penny. There were some glitches in the project. I felt that the firm could be more transparent about the cost of ordering items through them versus ordering them yourself. It will save time and grief to order through them but it will cost you more money upfront. This cost is totally worth the convenience and, in retrospect, I would have paid it. But for cost conscious clients the firm should be upfront about that additional cost. Overall, I LOVE the design Zoltan executed for my project. I would use the firm again in a heartbeat. If you are looking for design on the cheap, Zoltan is def not for you. For distinctive, high quality design, Zoltan is an amazing partner for your project.
