Communicates quickly and was prompt! The set up for the machine was a breeze. He helped set it all up and showed us how to do the mix. We ever able to fit just shy of (2) 5 gallon buckets into the machine. Which made about 130 margaritas. (Some people used different cups and had a bigger serving) The rental includes the machine, cups a mix and a salt rimmer. (Additional mixes are extra) I am not a big drinker but the margaritas were delicious! You provide your own liquor, we used the Costco vodka (1 big bottle per 5 gallon bucket) Definitely recommend the margarita man! Much cheaper than having someone come and do mixed drinks and just as good.
