We had a large job with the new purchase of our home-- the yard and landscape had not had any attention in at least a decade and it was our plan to replace all of it! We knew that we would not be able to take on the entire job all at once....and would need to do it in stages. Few companies were interested in working with us at that level, Enter Burt and Landscape Innovations!! He promptly met with us and discussed our goals. He took extensive notes and pictures and promised us a comprehensive plan along with a written estimate for work. We received a detailed email shortly thereafter and we contracted for the work. Burt and his team arrived promptly (as weather permitted) and he worked diligently to complete the work as we agreed on & in the stages we required for budgeting. He has constantly given me excuses for his failure to deliver on time. They fixed a front porch that was pulling away from the house because of improper water drainage. They also fixed the gutters, put in French drain systems, replaced the front rotted wooden posts with painted metal posts, and made a new walkway. David repaired a rotted deck post, cleaned, and stained the deck! They are currently working on installing a stamped concrete patio in the back of the house and are giving us a walkway to the back stairs. David also does handyman work around the house like repair light switches, installing ceiling fans, painting, and any other home repair needs.
