I went on there website the day of the meeting to have a look and saw that they were booked for our wedding date. So, I decided to give them a call and ask what the deal was. Long story short, they were booked for our wedding and had "apparently been trying to get in contact with us". Well, they had our email, and telephone number and we never heard anything from them, so that's a load of bollox as far as I'm concerned. My fiancée even had to follow up with them in the beginning. The one thing though that really pissed me off was the fact that they didn't even apologise..

They were probably the best financial investment we made for our wedding. I am living out of state but Bob made it very easy for my husband and I to coordinate details via email and telephone. We had never met until the wedding day but we were so happy to have listened to my cousin's recommendation of them! Bob & Trisha showed up early, stayed late and made sure to get all the important shots for the day. When my florists were late Trisha came to the rescue drying off the flowers quickly for everyone and making sure everyone had what they needed. Bob and Trisha coordinated a last minute "first look" moment for us. They had a vision and were extremely efficient and creative in their work. They got some great shots but were not invasive at all. It was obvious they had been to many more wedding than us and they knew what they were doing. My husband and I both agreed that things felt calmer and went smoother once they arrived because they helped us make decisions, direct the wedding party and knew what they needed to accomplish. I'm writing this less than a week later so we have not seen our photos yet but if they are anything like the ones my cousin got I know they will be fabulous. Friends that are getting married and were in our wedding party have told me they are upset they already have a photographer because they thought Pattison photography did such a great job they wish they would have booked them. She was so helpful in guiding us along the entire wedding photography process starting with her website, pre-event consultation, then during, and also after the wedding. She was an expert at coordinating our large wedding party and families for pictures, and was just so fun to work with and be around. She made everyone laugh and feel comfortable, even those who typically don't like getting their picture taken! The sneak peek turnaround time was mind-blowing, and I can't wait to see how the rest of the pictures turn out! 100% of the feedback from those photos by ourselves, family, and friends was 11/10, complimenting not only the technical aspects, but just the pure joy and happiness she was able to capture and convey. The guests were all super surprised we (the couple) and Maggie weren't pre-existing long-standing friends from prior to the wedding! I have been waiting to write a review about our horrendous experience with these photographers…read moresince 2011 and am finally doing so to help prevent other couples from being scammed by Bello the way that we were. We inquired about this couple-photographer's pricing and agreed to a meeting, where we were hard-pitched their wedding services and pressured to put down a $1,000 deposit to save a date while we considered hiring them. They verbally made it clear that the $1,000 was non-binding and that we could take our time to decide, and let them know. The very next day we decided against hiring Bello. Frankly, their services are drastically over-priced based on other photographers price points for similar work/experience. Well, guess what? In less than 24-hours they had cashed out check and refused to reimburse us. This resulted in a heated back and forth that ultimately lead to the wife saying our only option was to hire them, or we would not get our $1,000 back. Clearly, by that point she and her husband were the LAST people we wanted there on our wedding day. We never were reimbursed and we went with a different Cape Cod-based photographer but this experience still haunts me 5 years later. It was a low point in my wedding planning to have to deal with such a slimy, scandalous, downright horrible business - and they should simply be ashamed of themselves as people. I would beg everyone considering this photographer - for your wedding or other important life event - to reconsider. If this was how they treated a potential customer I cannot even image what it must be like to engage with them through the lifespan of a full photo session, wedding or project. Buyer beware!!!!

Lisa is an amazing photographer and really went above and beyond for my engagement session and…read morewedding day. I would highly recommend her to even my closest friends and family! I am the type of person that hates having my picture taken, and am typically awkward and not very photogenic. I was so scared of how I'd look in my wedding pictures, so it was important to me to find a photographer that would be able to help me feel and look beautiful in pictures. Lisa (seemingly effortlessly) was able to do both! Lisa is welcoming, professional yet laid-back, and honest. The photo shoots were fun, and she had a good balance between letting us do our own thing and giving us direction. Another great thing about Lisa is her true passion for photography. She is always learning new things and continuously finds new goals, certifications, etc. to achieve. Engagement Shoot Lisa came prepared for the outdoor shoot with extra lighting and even a fun little prop to help us break the ice. Lisa created a beautiful album with our favorites and it worked perfectly as our guest book for our wedding. We picked a picture from the shoot for her to design magnetic Save-the-Date's, which were a big hit! I thought a nice touch was that when we picked the items up at her place, she had them wrapped as a nice present for us :) The Wedding Day Lisa was on time and well prepared for the day. She was key to helping us stay on schedule throughout the day. I also had a videographer (Steve Levin, reviewed separately) there, and they worked very well together. We recently got to view our pictures for the first time, and I am SO HAPPY! Lisa is designing an album for us - the only problem is narrowing down which pictures to include because we love them all! Among my favorites were her pictures of our sparkler exit. The pictures came out just like ones I'd find on Pinterest.

The prior communication and prep for the wedding also went well with their team members Brady, Jackie, and Taylor. Everyone was great, on time, and everyone loved the photo booth! I got the digital photos in a little less than a week which everyone liked as well. I would recommend them for any parties and events!
