I agreed and he said he'd write up the invoice and call me back to get payment and arrange delivery. He called back and said it going to be $625. I said we'd agreed on $500 and he said he didn't have a calculator when he quoted me. I asked him to honor his quote and he told me no, it was his mistake but it would be $625. Spoke with Les's boss this morning, which also happens to be his wife and she said that she would not honor the $500 price, Les wasn't authorized to offer that, then tried to say I must of heard wrong, and ended with saying she didn't want my business. Don't worry I'll never shop there again!

However, once we paid and the delivery process began it got dicey. Things took way too long to get to us, and you never know who you got on the phone for service. The Covana is nice, but it has been a nightmare to get proper installation of the shades that go with it. Have spoken to managers and then they pass me to the next person and they never call back when they say they will. Still working to complete properly the install of the Covana shade clips for something we ordered 4 months ago. Recently, an installation person came out and put a clip up that came off two days later. Overall, it has been a maddening process.
