He was polite, informative, and thorough, giving us all the details we needed to make our decision. He played a big part in why we chose Veterans Pressure Washing not once, but twice. Initially, we thought it would take more than a day to complete the job, considering we have a large 4,500 sq ft house along with a garage and carport. We were scheduled for a 12:00-4:00 pm time slot, but Ricky showed up early at 9:00 am, which was a pleasant surprise. But some communication and transparency would go a long way. I messaged here on July 19th asking for a service for this week of July 27 and another on the week of august 10th. They replied saying "I can get that on my schedule now". Normally, they swing by around Tuesday. so I asked someone to go check, later in the evening, to see if the lawn gets done but it wasn't. No issue with that. Sent another follow up message on yelp asking them to message me when they're on the way. They replied saying Friday which I agreed would be fine. Saturday now rolls around and nothing. Frustration aside, I think what they do well, is that they were quick to respond when asking for a quote on yelp. As well as actually providing lawn care but this lack of communication/transparency is both frustrating and disappointing.

They came out and did a quick assessment and had the pricing ready in different price packages that I could mix and match. The difference is the discount you get based in what you want done. I needed gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation, roof debris removal, and home soft wash. It was 20% off the full pricing of getting each done individually. The process was quick and they did a good job with noticeable difference afterwards. No more green algae in the side of the house and the gutter guards have worked really well. I don't have a ton of experience with this stuff but I felt the pricing was fair. I've already recommended to a couple of friends. They are professional and courteous, stand by their product and work.
