I was offered to buy the vaccination package, which will supposedly include all of the vaccinations for my dog for his life. When we went to check out, they charged me for the vaccination package *and* today's vaccination fee. Apparently, if one buys the package, it doesn't count for the current year, or maybe only if your appointment is on the same day as when you buy the package - which is presumably the majority of the people to whom they market the package: those who are getting vaccinations. When I asked for clarification, I was told the charge was correct. I cannot fathom how buying a package which pays for the dog's vaccinations *does not include the dog's vaccination fees*. It's pure dishonest marketing, at the very least. They're already expensive, but if the business practices are honest, and the quality is good, I'm happy to pay a little extra... but if they're not honest? I'll have to take my dogs somewhere else from now on.

She had oral melanoma discovered last summer, so we were worried that something new had occurred. Turned out to be a simple gastritis and she was eating again within 24hrs. We had a cat who had received an erroneous diagnosis from somewhere else. Our vet was able to correctly diagnose Bill's condition. Together we came up with a plan of care for him. He was able to live well for another 3 years with the proper treatment. Currently we have a dog with pretty bad arthritis in both of her elbows. We have been using alternative therapies as well as pain meds to keep her mobile and active. We've used red laser light therapy as well as acupuncture. These modalities have been helpful. The staff love her and treat her so kindly.
