In 2023, I trusted him again for a revision. Unfortunately, the revision left me worse off. I can barely breathe, and I now have sinus pressure--something I never experienced before--and a recurring foul smell. In all honesty, my nose was cuter before, even with its flaws. The recovery process has been incredibly difficult, and I've spent $23,000 on the first two surgeries, with another $18,000 needed for a third. If I could go back, I'd have sought a different surgeon or avoided surgery entirely. I wanted the smallest size possible which is 120cc. Dr. Khoobehi insisted 220cc are the smallest implant. Obviously my breast size results were beyond a desired size. One breast was significantly lower than the other one. Plus the right one was "deformed". I understand they won't be perfectly symmetrical. However this was extreme in my option. At, at least two post-op appointments I was so upset with the results, I was hysterically crying. Dr. Khoobehi's response was, "well what does your husband think?". At my follow up appointment, they said I should have little to no scarring, hooray! Dr. Bucher did an amazing job removing the nasty and sewing me back up. She was also very carful to not take more than she needed to. I was very comfortable during the surgery and I liked that they had a tv in the operating room so I could be distracted from what they were doing. The only uncomfortable part was getting the local anesthesia shots and it wasn't even as bad as I thought it was going to be.
