After plenty of researching, I chose Dr. Hendrick for my breast augmentation in March of 2023. Dr…read more Hendrick along with his office staff - especially his patient care coordinator, Peighton, were the sweetest, kindest people. Not to mention, KNOWLEDGABLE. All of my questions were answered clearly and I felt comfortable throughout my whole entire process. My surgery was amazing as well as my follow up appointments. 2 years later and I'm more than grateful for my much needed "mommy lift"! I still visit the office for Botox and carpal tunnel injections. I'm always greeted with a warm welcome. I owe them more than they know!

I want to share my experience with Dr. Parker Velargo. In 2023, I trusted him again for a revision. Unfortunately, the revision left me worse off. I can barely breathe, and I now have sinus pressure--something I never experienced before--and a recurring foul smell. In all honesty, my nose was cuter before, even with its flaws. The recovery process has been incredibly difficult, and I've spent $23,000 on the first two surgeries, with another $18,000 needed for a third. If I could go back, I'd have sought a different surgeon or avoided surgery entirely. This has only intensified the insecurities I initially had about my nose, turning what was meant to be a positive change into one of the worst decisions I've ever made.

Choosing to undergo facial surgery was not a decision I took lightly. In fact, it was something I…read morecarefully researched and considered for over 10 years. Like many people, I felt a great deal of fear and uncertainty about trusting someone with such a personal and visible transformation; not to mention I had a very hesitant spouse, who initially only supported blepharoplasty and was strongly opposed to anything more extensive. When I scheduled my consultation at Audubon Facial Plastic Surgery, Sondra encouraged me to bring my husband along, which turned out to be invaluable. During our consultation, Dr Melancon took the time to listen, examine and then thoroughly explain everything. She answered all of our questions and spoke to both of us in a way that was competent, honest, comforting and never pressured. What happened next truly speaks volumes. Before we even reached our vehicle, my husband turned to me and said, "I have 100% confidence in this doctor and I think you're crazy if you don't proceed with everything you've wanted to do." That moment changed everything. I ultimately underwent a deep plane facelift and necklift with SMG removal and fat grafting, quad blepharoplasty and CO2 laser treatment in Feb 2026 and it was absolutely the right decision. My aftercare continues and Dr Melancon's dedication to ensuring the most optimal healing is evident with her continuous and meticulous watchful attention to detail. She has me visit twice weekly for lymphatic massage under the truly magical hands of aesthetician Sophie and also had her microneedle my incisions a few times, to stimulate collagen and minimize scarring. My results are already beyond what I hoped for-natural, refreshed and truly life-changing. What sets this practice apart is not only Dr Melancon's exceptional skill, but her ability to build and maintain a team that reflects the same level of excellence. Every single staff member is professional, compassionate and deeply invested in my experience. I have never felt rushed or dismissed. Every concern I have is taken seriously and that built a level of trust that carried me through surgery and now recovery. I don't ever feel like just another patient and have a genuine sense that my journey matters to each of them personally. If you're feeling nervous or unsure about moving forward with facial procedures, I can honestly say that you're not alone but finding the right surgeon and team changes absolutely everything. Audubon Facial Plastic Surgery provided not only outstanding results but also the reassurance, trust and personal care I needed to take that step and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering facial surgery and/or care. Dr Melancon, Sophie, Sondra, Maci and Cielo, I am deeply grateful for your care.
