The sleeper, chocolate chip cookie dough with chocolate cake. Filled with cream and cookie bites in the center and topped with vanilla buttercream more cookie dough bites and mini chocolate chips. I always worry chocolate will be dry, not this cake. I know somebody will say that I am comparing, however I am not, I am just describing. The flavor reminded me of a hostess cupcake with the cream center on steroids. So much more flavor, the chocolate, cream, and then the cookie dough bites. Wow, just incredible. You receive three 6 inch layers separated by parchment paper and covered by plastic wrap when you walk in and you are asked if you would like a drink. They have a party room that they host the class. The room has a new apron for you to use and each spot has all the supply's you will need for the class. The instructor walks you through all the steps at the perfect pace. I love the cheesecake ones, the fudge ones, and anything in between. Props to Scratch for stepping out of their comfort zone because it is paying off!
