Mr. Miller was on the phone with me and kept telling me "okay I'll talk to her" several times as if wanting me to be quiet. The office manager was the only one who seemed to care about the situation at hand, asking how she was and asking us to let them know about progress on Mariela's injury. No one else seemed to care, not Mr Miller, or the nurse, they honestly seemed mad about my presence at the school.

He takes courses with the Lakeland power academy, 3DE, and ROTC. He is a very smart kid. He is placed in honors classes most of the time but does not really enjoy traditional classroom learning as much as he enjoys his classes this year. Kudos to the school for finding ways to offer engaging alternatives to keep smart kids from becoming bored kids. He is excited to share what he is learning and he looks forward to going to school each day.
