Decades of experience and state of the art equipment in the hands of a master put this old guitar in terrific intonation over the whole fretboard and bring out its inner crackle. The little extra one pays is commensurate to the outcome. Without a doubt, the latest work makes my Guild acoustic more viable and play better than ever! They had a…read moregood selection of Yamaha digital pianos in the showroom, but I really wanted an acoustic piano. Very pleased with my purchase and the service. The piano was delivered on time, the movers were professional and very careful in handling the piano and setting it up. Shortly after that, Jon came to the house and gave the piano its (complementary) post-delivery tuning, which is routine. A small repair needed was taken care of by brother Michael Vincetore who came with his assistant and did the repair promptly. My questions were always answered, and all paperwork and documentation which I requested, was received without delay. I would do business with this family-owned business again. I give them five stars for their courtesy and professionalism.

He is a guitarist in his own right and is patient. (As a retired teacher and administrator I do know that patience is a virtue.) It cleaned out my life savings then the piano's…read moresoundboard cracked in four places, the pin block was bad, the supports for the pedals fell off probably because they were the wrong size and the fall board doesn't close and even the bench is falling apart, a $600.00 bench. And that was the second piano I bought from him, the first one also had issues. With the total purchase price of over $40,000.00, I'd venture to guess that I'd never recommend this place...EVER! The service was awful too. Jeremy was always late or cancelling and he sent one of his helpers to install the damp chaser which was installed incorrectly and on several occasions sent some of his helpers to tune my piano and they did a terrible job. True story.
