When we called to find out their progress we were told that he sold one of the instruments. We asked why he didn't call us he said I lost your number. He told us the amount he got for the instrument and we were shocked at how low it was. He never called and told us he had a buyer and the amount he was offered for it. When we called him, he was very indignant on the phone and hung up on us. We went to the store to get the money he had for the one instrument and pick up the other two. When we got there we were able to locate one of the instruments. Upon asking about the other he at first could not remember where it was. Then said oh ya I sold it. But didn't remember the amount or who he sold it to. He gave us what he thought he got for the two instruments. When I told him I was going to put something on Yelp he told me if I did he would come to my house. So remember get something in writing before you do business with MeKeels.

The piano was delivered on time, the movers were professional and very careful in handling the piano and setting it up. Shortly after that, Jon came to the house and gave the piano its (complementary) post-delivery tuning, which is routine. A small repair needed was taken care of by brother Michael Vincetore who came with his assistant and did the repair promptly. My questions were always answered, and all paperwork and documentation which I requested, was received without delay. I would do business with this family-owned business again.
