We hadn't found a foot massage location we wanted to stay with and hoping this would work out. Both visits were walk-ins. My wife wanted a body and I wanted foot. We're told told they could accommodate us both for the 1-hour massage. My wife's body massage. She waited. Then finally a massage. The lady must be the owner or the manager, in/out of the room though the massage was good, it was too many interruptions and she felt like the massage was only about 35-40 mins. My foot massage. Waited for 30 or so minutes, wish they could have let me know. Massage, with interruptions and maybe lasted 40 mins. We're not sure if ownership changed, but definitely not the same folks from the first visit. First visit definitely 4-5*, this visit 1-2* - I will have to go with 1* as I cannot recommend or will visit again.

The women that I have encountered over my time here are all miracle workers. I've gone in with neck pain and leave feeling brand new, I've gone in at the cusp of an anxiety attack and left more relaxed than I've ever been. The atmosphere, the employees, the music, everything is the perfect recipe for a relaxing massage. When you walk in it is very dark, especially the more sunny it is outside so be prepared! Once your eyes take a moment to adjust, you are met with a few couches and some water as well as a menu of services on the wall. They also have some pricing pamphlets on the coffee table between the couches and magazines - I've never needed them as I've never had a long wait, even without making an appointment. I usually opt for the package which includes 40 minute deep tissue massage with the 30 minute reflexology for 35 dollars. This includes a foot soak, reflexology foot massage plus legs, back, arms, and neck massage. The only downfall is that their lack of staff causes the employee to step away when someone walks in or if the phone rings. This means mid-massage they may step out to greet someone for a moment or two. These are usually VERY brief interactions, one or two minutes tops, before they are back and apologizing for stepping out. I completely get it - when you're a small locally owned business you have to make things work the best you can. The fact they pause a massage to greet someone and see what they need then give them a wait time is okay with me. If you're inpatient or not understanding that they are running a small family business then find a big box corporation that has a dedicated receptionist. As for me, I will never go anywhere else for a massage!

I walked into her "office" and it was hideous: random objects strewn around, it looked like maybe she lived here too. The massage room was even worse and I'm pretty sure she uses sheets she bought from a thrift store that haven't been properly washed because they smell like butt. I was disgusted. Once again, I SHOULD HAVE LEFT. The massage was horrible. The masseuse was sucking on lozenges the entire time and of course she was sick (which I got later), and she seemed like she had no FREAKING CLUE WHAT SHE WAS DOING. She kept doing this weird joint jerking thing which I don't trust anyone but my chiropractor to do but she kept saying she has her "own, unique" way of doing things. Yeah right, lady. Massages are supposed to help relieve muscular stress, assist in the lessening of muscle knots, and just be gosh darn relaxing!!!! This massage was no where close to this standard. I don't know how she finds customers but I'm hoping she's soon out of business because she clearly is scary and in all the years of receiving massages (which is like over 2 decades), she needs some masseuse health check to come in and review the crap out of her. I was handled professionally from the beginning and got a same day appointment which is not easy in this business. Most folks don't realize that good therapists have many customers in various locations and scheduling appointments takes some flexibility. Not too mention many customers are flaky and don't show up when they say they will.....and guess what, we don't get paid when we show up and you don't. Anyway, the massage office is comfortable and relaxed. I like to talk as I see this as part of the therapy. Darla worked around my chatter and asked me all the time if I was feeling better and if I wanted this or that, heat or pressure or so forth. She is caring and skilled. I for one will be going to her again, as I said being a therapist myself, she understands where I hurt. I feel very safe with Darla and she offered me a wealth of information regarding supplements and vitamins to improve my overall condition.

They place you in back room with two massage tables that are draped with the blankets they use to cover your body during your massage. The table is heated I assume to relax your muscles. They give you a full body massage from your head to toe! I came in with tight shoulders and I feel way better now. If you have any tightness due to stress or just feel like you need a good massage to make you feel better I highly recommend her. My boyfriend wants to come back every other month. When i went to pay, i signed my receipt and the man pointed at the receipt and said "TIP." Left a tip, and he was very upset. He was expecting a tip larger than 10%/15% for a fair massage for less time. Walked out and never coming back again.
