Its been a few months since I visit and notice I had finish my Yelp review for True Care. This is our second visit. The first was great and good value for the quality and service. We hadn't found a foot massage location we wanted to stay with and hoping this would work out. Both visits were walk-ins. My wife wanted a body and I wanted foot. We're told told they could accommodate us both for the 1-hour massage. My wife's body massage. She waited. Then finally a massage. The lady must be the owner or the manager, in/out of the room though the massage was good, it was too many interruptions and she felt like the massage was only about 35-40 mins. My foot massage. Waited for 30 or so minutes, wish they could have let me know. Massage, with interruptions and maybe lasted 40 mins. We're not sure if ownership changed, but definitely not the same folks from the first visit. First visit definitely 4-5*, this visit 1-2* - I will have to go with 1* as I cannot recommend or will visit again. read more

Massage was good but I was quoted 40 and charged 43. Then when I wanted to leave a cash tip (needed change for a $20) it was sort of a hassle. I was not going to give a 20 dollar tip for a 40 dollar service. Place smelled like fried food but honestly I practically fell asleep during my massage. read more

I was looking for a place that gives eastern massages closer to home because I love getting them in Houston's Chinatown. This place on San Antonio's NW side is great. They have extended hours, and you can walk-in with no wait. It's rare that I fall asleep while being massaged, yet my session was great and I was so relaxed at the end of my visit. Found this place in groupon, $29 for 45min foot massage and 15min upper body massage. Good deal. But the lady in the massage place told me that they only get $14 from the $29 and groupon gets the rest so she offered me a great deal. I went today and had a male therapist. The place is clean and QUIET!!!! I have been to other foot massage place and this is the most peaceful of them all. The quality of the massage is about the same as the other places but the reason why this will be my go to massage place is because of the price, location, and much a quiet place than the others. I called 15 before hand and asked if they took walk-ins, they said yes and i informed them i would be there in 15 min yet when i arrived they said i had to come back in an hour. The woman that came to the front had a hard time understanding what i was saying and said she doesn't speak English. Place does look quite suspicious, so disappointed, i had a tight schedule and trying to find another location is not an option im super physically active and was in dire need of some muscle relaxation especially foot reflexology but i guess not today read more

dont be fooled with the possible wait time to accomadate a group! we waited maybe 15 minutes but i can tell you it was well worth it. i have never gotten a massage before, and they make you feel extremely comfortable. the foot and back massage combo is great! I definitely will return and i highly recommend this place! read more

Just happened by this place and stopped in. They were very nice and started working on my feet right away. They have a 50/50 feet and back offer that works out great. Ellie worked on my feet and made me feel much better, in fact after she finished, I told my wife and she came in for a 50/50. Both of us loved it so much that we made appointments to come back. I have also come back one more time and Winn worked on my feet and back; she is a healer and we discussed an excersize for healing my legs and feet. Very good massage for cheap price. I always prefer Chinese massage over any kind of massage since they always give me the right amount of pressure without hurting me . One of the best foot and body massage I ever have. I always look for an Asian Male Massage Therapist. The reason being is because I guess guys know better female anatomy and more so if he is an ASIAN MALE Massage Therapist, That is part of their culture. Asian guys know where the knots are in our body. Certainly, this time, Tom was not an exception. He was an amazing masseur, he took the time to treat all my knots from head to toes. It seems he combined a deep tissue with sweetish massage. He used a deep finger pressure and slow, firm strokes, but at the same time he used kneading movements; and friction. I felt incredible relaxing. The only downside is that I was dress up, it is not required to undress, I guess is appropriate since there were other people next to me getting their massage done. So, i felt uncomfortable first when clothes on, and second because I could not communicate with Tom while he performed the massage.(i would like privacy) I think communication is an essential technique when receiving/given massage. I don't denied we made contact eyes to eyes once and it was very intense and I was able to tell him that I was feeling in the sky. Next time, I am going to request a hot oil massage but hoping they have a room, and of course I would request TOM as my masseur,He was more than excellent.
