Me and a friend spent half a day there doing the spa day escape. We got greeted by a very friendly and kind receptionist who showed us where to change into a robe. We lounged in our robes as we waited for our services to begin which was right on time. I had the body scrub and massage 1st and 2nd. Leo do both of those services and he was fantastic. He gave me a deep tissue massage which I needed for my muscles to relax. It was great and my body felt like butter afterwards. He was very kind and attentive to my needs. After that I had a facial which made my skin look 20 years younger and healthy. After that we got to lounge drinking mimosas, tea, water or coffee and then got whisked away to relax in the salt cave. Both my friend and I felt lighter and relieved of any stress we had. Then we got a meal that we chose off the menu. It was a half day of pampering and didn't want to leave. I didn't take any pics as I locked our phones away so we could truely relax. Tip: arrive early at least 30 mins to fill out paperwork and change and get a little relax time. read more

Review for Salt Cave... Halothereapy or Speleotherapy is a therapy that includes a salt cave known to help with relaxation and could possibly help with different health conditions such as respiratory. I saw a special running on Facebook so I called to book an appointment. We were the only ones in the salt cave during scheduled time, possibly due to pandemic or we just got lucky. Either way, it was really nice and relaxing have just us in there during that hour. I wasn't prepared for it to be so cold, so here is my hint: dress for warmth like sweats and hoodies. Also bring eye covers, it's just not dark enough so this is what I needed the most while trying to relax. My husband wore his sunglasses. The spa does provide blankets and a small heating pad. The chairs are outdoor zero gravity lounge chairs which are not heated as I read someone mention in a review. Repeat, chairs are not heated. Also wear shoes that kick off and bring socks to put on once you get to your chair. You will be walking barefoot on the salt. Or the spa will provide booties for you to wear once you are inside the salt cave. Would I do this again? You betcha! read more

This was my first time here. I went with girlfriends. We all had a massage and then sat in their salt cave for 45 minutes. I am not a big fan of massages because a lot of people are to rough. I like relaxing massages, not deep tissue. I made my concerns known to Nicole and she did a great job. I felt so relaxed afterwards and at no point did I feel pain. I enjoyed the warm packs she applied on my back and neck while she was massaging my limbs. The salt cave was a nice and enjoyable experience. I am not sure how many times you actually have to go in there to see the health benefits, but it's a good place to unwind. It is cold in there, but they offer you blankets and heat pads. The staff members were all professional and accommodating. We were treated with bellinis while waiting for our massage. They have a locker room where you can change or shower. Our party of three got in at the same time, different rooms. We went for the tension tamer, foot treatment, hot stones with aromatherapy....our master Masseuses practically put us to sleep. Well worth the experience. They have great staff, a secured locker room, and a super cozy robe. No complaints here. Highly recommended. My first time in a salt cave. It was very relaxing. The girls that work there are awesome. I highly recommend the zero gravity chairs. I have two at my house and use them frequently. The room is full of epson salt. It's very clean and the air is purified. It didn't do much for me other than relax and meditate a little. I'm going to go back next Spring when my sinuses are inflamed from oak pollen. That will be the true test. I went there when the air outside was relatively clean. A friend told me it cleared her up real good when her allergies were bad. Try it and see what it does for you. read more

My facial was so rough. I was cringing as my face got poked by her fingers from going so fast. Not relaxing. My massage was fine with the other lady. While we waited, no heated next pillow given. Then other ladies walk in with their heated neck pillows. The tip is included on your bill so probably why no need to impress. Not going back. read more

Coming here left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. It is located inside the Embassy Suites Hilton Hotel. The spa is located on the first floor and a warm and friendly staff welcome you upon checking in for your appointment. Even before going into the spa treatment rooms, the aura of the place was already calming and mellow. The manager, Klarice, was gracious enough to give us details and background info on who started PureSolSpa and the many benefits of their spa. She made us feel very informed and excited about the spa experience. Their main attraction is their unique Salt Bath Cave treatment. I thoroughly enjoyed my 30 minute session which was only $20. If you haven't read up the benefits of a salt Bath Cave, there are numerous health benefits. Even for 30 minutes, I felt refreshed and rejuvenated. The salt cave was amazing, very relaxing and very comfortable. You sit in zero gravity chairs that make you feel weightless, it gives you a great view of the lights on the cave ceiling that change color. They have a playlist of really relaxing music playing, while you take deep breaths to breathe in the salt air. They "tuck you in" under a really plush blanket since they have to keep the room between 60 and 70 degrees to prevent the salt from melting. When I left I felt really relaxed. The salt cave is known for helping with asthma, headaches, relieving stress, allergies and so much more. I bet it would be especially great during mountain cedar time to aide in the cedar fever! For the Halotherapy Salt Cave you can go in your own clothes. I recommend wearing a comfortable sports bra for the deep breath inhalation. They will give you booties for shoes. Visited Jan 2019. After a long morning visiting with family, I needed a little refresh. Instead of napping in my room, I opted to take a nap in the Salt Cave. I don't really know if there is anything to sleeping in the Salt Cave, but when I woke up I felt pretty refreshed. The cave is very cold, they keep it that way for the salt.
