    On a road trip to Canada with my family when a check engine light came on on our car. Remembered…read moreAdvance Auto offers free code reading so stopped off the highway. Received amazing customer service from gentleman named Lawrence, who quickly got the codes read and explained the details to us including how serious an issue it was and the likelihood it would end us stranded on the road during our trip (fortunate for us he said that was highly unlikely!). He also helped explain that typically the engine light flashing light is for most urgent issues and just light on but not flashing is likely less serious. Not sure if this part is relevant to mention, but as it turns out they were one person short that day but no hesitation to be extremely helpful despite being busy and due to being so knowledgeable and efficient we were on our way in minutes with no delay. We appreciate the high standards here with the in depth level of knowledge, great customer service, and the policy of offering free code reading saving us the stress of worrying about breaking down or the inconvenience of finding a mechanic to check it for us while traveling out of town. Tldr: Don't hesitate to stop into this Advance Auto Parts even for FREE check engine light reading, they will definitely take good care of you!

Our experience was…read morewithout event until we got home and realized that one of the two key fobs was missing the "hard key" (the piece that you'd use to start the car if the fob battery died). Our salesman (Sean K) assured me it wouldn't be a problem. The finance manager (Brian P) told me he'd gotten approval for a replacement. And then both stopped answering my inquiries. Seriously guys...if you can't fix a key, what will I be able to count on you for?

Sat there for another 2 hours for everything to be redone. After having the truck for less than a year the alternator went up. None to be found until September! My son traded the truck for NEW Subaru at Fuccillo! Great experience. Paid less for a new than used. Ok now he had purchased an extended warranty. He filled out papers that day to get refund from warranty company. On the paper it said send to customer or dealership. Bob Johnson said it had to be sent to them....wrong! After getting a letter and talking to warranty company refund could have been sent to my son! Called Bob Johnson's they said they didn't have check which warranty company said they did. Was told Bob Johnson would send check on the 3 rd. No check! Called on the 4th was told it would be the 11th. Called on the 12th no one knows about it. Told them I would be to get check on the 13th. Called to see if they had check ready on the 13th...oh the check went in the mail this morning. Mind you it's 10 am and they open at 9. Guessing that's a lie! Chantelle (I think) was very very rude everytime spoken to. Buyer be ware worst experience ever for sales and finance! Also if you have children don't sit where salesman are the F word flys out of these men's mouths like they are in a bar!
